I see Dr. Terry for Chiropractic adjustments. He is also very kind and friendly and gentle which is great when you are in pain. That's not to say he's not effective, I can feel the difference after the adjustment but I also dont feel like I got beat up. Ali, the NP does the pain relief injections and is amazing, very Friendly and listens to every concern. I am grateful for this team and hope to see some pain relief soon.

Don't have anything done at the Peoria center. Dr Church needs to work on this place.

I had issues with my right knee and received injections for awhile which helped for awhile until it wore down to bone on bone. I decided on a knee replacement. Had a pain issue after the knee replacement and Dr. Castillo was able to give an injection to take away that pain - haven't had any pain in that area since. I also have issues with arthritis and lower back which I receive injections. It helps to control the pain as well as managing pain meds. The doctor and his team are all excellent care givers. Yes, occasionally one has to wait a little longer because the doctor is treating other patients - I understand that he takes the amount of time needed to make sure the procedure is being done right. He gives everyone the time needed to address whatever issues a person is having.

I have had back pain since 1999 (I fell in my kitchen when I was 19years old). I was in the…read morehospital for a few days. I underwent tests then was sent home on bed rest with lots of medication. Since then I have been to several doctors over the years but none were really helpful or eager to listen. They each bounced me back & fourth or wrote it off as "it is what it is". The pain has always been there. I've had my good days & horrible days. No matter what I did or didn't do, at times it would flare up & there were days I could not even walk. Massages & chiropractic help only went so far (temporary relief). Fast forward to January 2019 I gave birth to my son. That's when I started to reallyyyy feel non stop pain everyday! By sheer accident I came upon Dr Flanagan (& boy was I finally in good hands). From the day I stepped into her office I could tell she was quick to listen & slow to interrupt. She is genuine & very caring. (Not many doctors out there are like her). She does not write off her patients, she doesn't give up, she doesn't rush you out of her office. She is patient when listening to your problem areas. She takes her time to talk to you & makes sure to listen so she can fix the issues needed. She has even called me on a few occasions (outside of her normal office hours, driving home ON HER OWN TIME, to make sure I was taken care of & to make sure all my questions were answered). She makes you feel safe & she answers all & any questions you may have to your level of understanding. She scheduled me for a few different procedures. I'm working with her on trying to fix this back issue. I don't have enough words to express how very happy I truly am with the attention, the compassion, the care & true genuine help I am getting from Dr Flanagan & her nurse Kayla. I would recommend Dr Flanagan to anyone who is searching for a pain management doctor & truly in need of help. I can't thank you enough Dr Flanagan. No compassion in her tone of voice. She informed me that 'she' does not prescribe pain medication, but will give shots and certain procedures. I'm 70 years old and she saw the MRIs showing my severe back and hip problems, and yet, she treated me like I was a waste of her time. When I meet a NP or doctor with such an impatient, snotty and cold attitude, that is a huge red flag for me that this person is insecure about their self and their job. She printed out a list of Pain Centers that 'might' prescribe pain meds and they were very far away from my area. I knew this list was a ridiculous hand-out. I called my insurance company and received a list of MANY pain centers very close to me. The one I'm going to is right around the corner from where I live. I wish I had read the bad reviews before clocking out of work to go there. I was glad to get out of that place and never go back! Update: I just found out by my provider that Jennifer lied to me. She said that my provider didn't want me to be on Tramadol and zolpidem at the same time. My doctor said she never said 'such a thing.' So Jennifer is not only rude and bossy, but I can now add "liar" to her pitiful career.

Got my appointment scheduled for 8am and showed up 10min early for it. They said because I didn't have their paperwork filled out they couldn't see me and they'd have to reschedule me for next week. I looked at the 26 page paperwork that would probably take me 5 minutes to fill out. Don't get a day off from work usually so I asked if I could fill it out really quick there and they said sure but would have to wait until 1pm to see the next provider. Not to mention there's no seriousness with the ladies behind the desk, as they sit there laughing and joking while they're denying appointments of people who show up 10 min early.
