Posting this on Yelp so it cant get deleted or burried on Google. I TOLD THE GIRL ON THE PHONE THAT MY MOMS MAIN COMPLAINT WAS FLOATERS AND WANTING TO GET THOSE CHECKED. YET YALL SCHEDULED HER FOR WHATEVER YOU WANTED. ALSO, Just got the insurance EOB in the mail. Yall charged them for Eye AND MEDICAL EXAM. Yet we couldnt discuss the floaters or some of the other findings? Yeah right!!!! Seems like the doctor was just in a rush/bad mood. You should talk to Dr Pilcher about her bedside manner. Im not the only one who's complaining in these reviews about her rudeness and wanting to rush. If she doesnt like her job she should find a new one. If she is in such a rush she shouldve taken the day off. Knocked off another star. NEVER coming back. Im gonna make sure people know to steer clear of this place. Rude Dr and dishonest billing. Dr Pilcher is kind of rude not going to lie. First when she came in, she said Its Chaos out there. Didnt introduce herself. Not very personable. Seemed like she was in a major rush. Kept saying come on really loud when my elderly mom was trying to read the eye chart. When my mom would say she couldnt read it, her response was yes you can When I asked about the floaters in her eye (which was the main reason we came) She said thats medical you need to schedule a medical appointment to talk about that. I asked her some questions about the pictures of her eye which she did answer thoroughly. Then she rushed out of the room and told us to check out out front. Dont know if the doctor was having a bad day or what. Im not really sure if Im going to come back, she was pretty rude. Needs to be talked to about bedside manner. Highly recommend! I came in today, 20 minutes late, and have only called about 40 minutes earlier asking for an appointment. They gave me numbing drops while I waited, and everyone was very kind. Completely mis diagnosed. They said I needed corrective lenses. They ordered them. Zero change. On a subsequent visit they discovered scar tissue in the right eye. Same Doctor. One would think that would have been evident on visit one. read more

Really friendly staff and the doctor is very personable. They are efficient and getting you in and out quickly, unless you're looking at eyewear- then they honestly seem to enjoy themselves helping you pick out your glasses. I tried on no less than 30 pairs before I decided. The ladies were a lot of fun and made great suggestions! They carry a lot of high end brands, I have a pair of Gucci frames I got there last year, wear them daily and they're still like new. Worth a few extra $ for sure. read more

My eye doctor retired so I tried out Red Moutain. Let me tell you... from my first visit for a medical issue to later appts. for routine eye exams, contacts and glasses... I was treated with respect, and kindness. Dr. Olsen treated me like family. He explained everything and answered all my questions. My contacts were discontinued which was disappointing, but he suggested a couple other ones that were similar. He had me take samples to try out for a couple weeks and I was able to find the one that worked for me. Dr Pilcher saw my husband and due to his diabetes made sure to check everything related. He was very happy with her care as well. Bella at the front desk is just the sweetest. She helped me get my rebate on the contacts that I was having trouble completing on my computer. She always goes above and beyond to help in any way she can. Makayla spent as much time as necessary (which was a lot of time lol) when my husband and I picked out new glasses and sunglasses. She is very knowledgeable and was also so kind. They even have promotions now and then where you can get great deals on designer glasses and sunglasses. What?! I have never seen such great service from the back to the front at any doctor office. Oh one more thing I have never had to wait to get in. I don't know if I just lucky or if that is just another thing they do very well. I only named a few but honestly the entire staff is AWESOME!! I would give 10 STARS if I could. read more

Had a check up recently after it being a while since the last visit. I had to complete an update on medical information via a tablet which was nice to avoid pages and pages of paperwork. Dr. Olsen and team were great as always. I was checked in and headed to the back within a few minutes. Office is clean and bright, and Dr Olsen and the staff took the time to explain the procedures as well as the results. They helped me pick out a new pair of frames and walked me through the insurance coverage. I highly recommend RM Eye care as they are a great team. read more

Service has been better in past years. Skipped 2 years, went elsewhere and returned to give them another chance. Despite having an appointment, the wait time is ridiculous. It took 5 weeks for lenses in my existing frame to come in. I began noticing while watching TV that I had to move my eyeglasses down... meaning the line for the transition on the bifocals was off. I called, was told it was probably me having a problem with a new prescription. 2 more weeks until they can get me in. No apology, no customer service to see me right away to fix the problem. Over $300 and two months later and I still don't have eyeglasses I can use! I am going to see if I can get a refund, return the lenses and see if my insurance will pay for glasses/lenses somewhere else! Needless to say I won't be coming back, I've had better service and quality lenses at America's Best. read more

Very very disappointed. Been going to this eye dr since my family moved here 5 years ago. Today I experienced the most unprofessional disrespect from the three lady's sitting upfront. I was running late for my appt and I called to inform them I was running late and that I would be there in 10 minutes. Appt was at 3pm got to my appt at 3:12pm and the lady said sorry you missed your appointment. This was just for a recheck on my contacts to make sure they fit correctly since I am new to contact. So the girl proceeds to say oh you dont even have your contacts in and I said well of course I dont cause they dont fit right and that's why I am here and they proceed to say well you missed your appt sorry. I will not be going back. there are way more people and facilitys i would love to give my $300+ to and that appreciate their pt than this place . Very very unprofessional. Do not waste your money with them. Oh did I mention unprofessional. Hope this helps people in the future so they dont exspiriance this unprofessional environment.
