I've been coming here to this office for several years now. Dr. Giles is very friendly and kind. The staff here is all very nice! They have a great selection of glasses to choose from more than most places I've been. They also make sure you're happy! I left once after getting a new type of glasses (progressive ) and I was having a little bit of issue with the glasses and they asked me to come back in and they fixed everything. Then they called me to make sure everything was still good and told me if anything came up to just give them a call back! Great customer service! read more

just now New Great place for eye exams but their service for getting lenses is terrible. This is my second time ordering lenses from them and they say up to two weeks. Each time I ordered they are never on the time the said latest by. I just called a week later and my glasses haven't even been started. Will not use them again. read more

Horrible patient service. I have always had perfect vision so obviously when I started seeing deterioration of eyesight, I wanted to go to the best of the best. Based on previous reviews, I decided to go to Seville Eye Center. My first visit was about two years ago, and I was given a prescription for glasses. The staff was relatively helpful given this was the first time I had to get glasses. However when I picked up my prescription and attempted to wear them home, barely able to see, I called the office and they told me I would just have to wear them several hours a day to adjust. After about two days of dizziness and headaches trying to wear these glasses, I noticed that the frames were a brand that I had not selected... Turns out they had given me somebody else's prescriptions. No wonder I was bumping into things all day long. Came back for another visit two years later and was given an updated prescription, but came in on three separate occasions to try and look through the glasses and was given zero help, not spoken to by any of the five people sitting around on their computers talking to no other patients just amongst themselves and whenever I asked a question it seemed as though I was a bother. I requested that my prescription be printed out and got my medical records so that I never have to return to this eye center again. Looking for a new eye doctor now. read more

So glad I found them, since they made my daughter fell comfortable and was able to find a great pair of glasses for her. The selection was amazing. I had an accident and had to go to the emergency room to get stitches. Smashed my glasses. I needed to get in to see my optometrist. They said I couldn't get in until August 4th. It was July 10th. Besides this eye center being 6min away, the staff was great and a big selection of glasses. Both my daughter and I had exams with Dr. Williams. He was professional and my two girls did not seem to bother him as they messed around while I was being examined. He mentioned that he had 4 kids and he knew all about the craziness. After our exams we went into another room where I could speak to someone about my contact lenses and prices with my insurance. I wish I could remember the woman's name as she was super sweet. Anyway, I got all the information I needed and then we went into the eye glasses area where we could try on glasses and discuss prices with another women. No one was ever pushy with purchasing but rather gave me the information needed to make my decision. We decided on glasses for the both of us as well as contacts for me because it made sense with my insurance and went up to pay. Everyone we encountered was super nice and made us comfortable. I'm scheduling an appointment for my youngest just to check her eyes and it's covered by insurance. It's never to early to check them as I've learned with my oldest. read more

I wouldn't even give them a one star, but was forced if I wanted to write this review. For over a month I've been asking where are my sun glasses ($200 pair + the cost of the bifocals). They were to be fitted with new lenses. They kept telling me the same story for over a week, the next week it was excuses. No return calls from them giving me any clue as to what happened to my sunglasses. Now it's been a month and I want my glasses. Last Thursday I asked the office manager (Patti) to get details. She didn't, nor would she do what was requested of her. No common sense with this staff. I told Patti I fear they're lost. I told her to contact the managers manager and ask, as I'm sick of hearing the same crap different day. She wouldn't do it, she felt it was better to just send an email. I come in and no reply to the email. The. On that day they tell , me UPS lost the gasses. Now we're a month out and no sunglasses w/lenses so I could do my work, and I work outside and I travel a great deal for a living. I've lost work due to this and they act like it's a big joke! From the return of my first pair glasses, I was treated like crap. The woman couldn't find my glasses then comes out to talk to me to ask me why I was even there? I'm here bcuz I've got nothing better to do with my time but show up at your place of business for no reason, she then snapped back we're you even texted that your glasses were even ready? Yes I was and bcuz you can't find them you don't cop an attitude with me! So put the attitude in check! These ppl don't do anything that's asked of them. Then I was told I was being refunded for the lens?! What about my glasses? After 4 days l asked where's that return? Oh I forgot! How convenient, you don't return calls as promised, don't return monies as promised. These ppl don't deserve anyone's business if this is how one conducts business. I told the dr. Since this is his establishment, it's on you to get me another pair of glasses! Watch them not do nothing! (I'll be keeping you all informed)This is what I've come to expect of Seville Eye Center! A huge waste of time, where no one does nothing! You show up pissed, oh they all want to add their two cents. Had to tell them all to shut up, as I wasn't speaking to them nor having a convo with them. They all have lots to say when your screwed and pissed, but nothing as far as getting the situation resolved in a timely matter. One month is not acceptable! Then losing my sunglasses, well that just tops it off! You'd think being in the business you'd get a feeling for when things aren't right, not these idiots! They're only worried about their money, getting back to my sunglasses for over a year I kept bringing them in to stop the lenses from popping out. The second time I bring the glasses in, she tells me that the lenses were never cut right and unfortunately they are out of warranty?! You wait to tell me this? My family and I always have a pleasant visit at Seville Eye Center. They are all courteous, knowledgeable and are very happy to answer all of your questions. I see Dr. Keiser and my husband sees Dr. Williams for our yearly eye exams and we are both very happy with them! The front desk and all the staff are super friendly and polite. He checked me a week later to make sure everything was healing fine. His was thorough in his diagnosis and treatment. I highly recommend him. It's really a shame I have to rate this place one star. The actual optometrist Dr. Williams is amazing, really cool guy and knowledgeable. But the front desk associates really need some training on a lot of aspects. They're rude, incompetent and really just don't care about you if you have any kind of issues. Highly disappointed, I will be going elsewhere because of them which will suck because I really liked the doctor. We asked for transitions on a pair of glasses, did not get what we paid for, went back to fix it and the issues wasn't resolved and were not reimbursed the $120 we paid to have them transition and the lady that fixed our glasses made our pair of glasses worse with scratched up lenses and now the lenses pops out all the time. It's just not worth the hassle with these people. read more

I've never been seen at my appointment time, or anywhere close to it, usually an hour after. Large selection of frames, however they are considerably more expensive than other places I've been. I usually take my RX elsewhere to purchase glasses. They never have my strength of contacts in stock, and the 3-5 business days that they quote for ordering them is usually more like 7-10 days. Also, they say they'll contact you when they come in, and they don't. They'll claim to send an email, but they don't. I specifically asked for a phone call when they come in. I waited for almost 2 weeks for an order of contacts, even calling a few times during the wait to check. Told they weren't in. Today I get a call that my contacts have been waiting for me for over a week, and that they were in fact there when I called to check. They only thing going for this place is that they are close to my house. The service is lacking big time. read more

From glasses to contact lenses I was able to find the ideal and correct solution to fit the many aspects of my active life. The service received was great from Dr. Williams as always however, it is the support team that continues to astound. Everything here is great. Since I moved here, my mom, sister, and I have been going here. I feel like if you have a decent insurance, then the cost for the out of pocket for your glasses, contact lense, and everything will cost you from $0 to about $25. I get my 1 year contact lense supply for $20 out of pocket with the help of insurance. When I got my glasses, with frames and lense, I think I paid about $0~$10. The services are great and I feel like this place has very little wait time. read more
