The group was so incredibly rude, standing up often throughout routines even if it meant standing up to talk in the aisle while others around were visibly trying to see. At one point, another woman told them nicely that a gentleman behind (an elderly man who was sitting alone) was struggling to see and the woman from the group rolled her eyes and made the "ok" signal with her hands and ignored her. When the National Anthem was being done- the kids of the group were noticeably engaged and the coaches (were wearing matching Az Dynamics shirts), kept tapping them on the shoulders and head rather than allowing the children to remain respectful which the kids were doing. This was a very large group, however, it was obvious that there was parents, kids and a LOT of staff mixed in and this behavior was not limited to parents. The Director who I've seen at several other events was present but didn't seem to notice anything that was occurring, but I would be embarrassed by those representing my gym if this is how they act. I would hate to see how this behavior rubs off on the teammates if this is acceptable behavior with the adults.

Unfortunately, the staff I spoke with prior to John were dismissive and unhelpful, simply directing me back to a website that doesn't work. It's discouraging to see so many positive reviews when new customers are unable to register at all. If you collect contact information and even credit card details but have no functional way to complete registration, it undermines trust and credibility. A business that cannot prioritize basic customer service and onboarding--especially when parents are trying to ensure safety and instruction for their children--misses the mark entirely. Both of our boys are on the spectrum, and while my younger son was having some difficulty focusing in the water (which is to be expected given how much he loves it), the instructor's reaction was completely inappropriate. During the last session, the instructor was visibly upset--rolling his eyes and even looking up at the ceiling in frustration. No parent should ever have to witness that kind of behavior directed at their child, especially a child on the spectrum who needs patience and support. To make matters worse, when we called to cancel and withdraw our kids from the program, the staff member we spoke with didn't even ask why we were leaving or show any concern at all. That lack of care and understanding was just as disappointing as what we saw during lessons. Parents of children with autism, please think twice before enrolling your kids here. We all want an environment that offers patience, care, and encouragement, and unfortunately EVO did not provide that for our family. We will not be returning.

The teachers do a great job sending out updates and photos via their app. The activities they plan are thoughtful, creative, and perfectly tailored to his age. We've loved watching him grow in his learning, his words, and his play. What sealed the deal for us during our initial tour at Goddard was a moment I'll never forget. I was an absolute wreck, just not ready to hand my baby over to strangers. Sensing my anxiety, the infant teacher, Ms. Jess, gently pulled me aside, gave me the warmest hug, and promised me that my son would be in the best hands with her and her fellow infant teacher (Ms. Bri). In that moment, she made me feel like family. Her kindness and reassurance brought me so much peace, and I'll always be grateful to her for that. The Teachers do their very best everyday and believe it or not, if the day didn't go perfect, they care and strive to do better the next day. These are Teachers that actually love the children and their job. The owners are there all the time checking on the building, making sure everyone has what they need to make everything go as smooth as possible. I just want parents to know that they are people and are not perfect and it is a very hard job but the difference is that they care.
