Red teeth marks from older girl who bit my son lasted days. Next day was weekend so I felt relieved but not so long, on Wed (today!!) My boy got big bump on forehead, this time they didn't even bother to call me. When I picked him up, the teacher said a girl from older class was shoving my son to grab his crackers.! But management person, Tina said oh it was 1 yr old one who did that. She tried to make sohnd better didnt work. The teacher who witnessed told my husband that was 2 yr old girl. And then Tina goes they're just babies, We can't give time out, Can't do anything. Nothing?? Really?? How about im sorry we'll try to watch closely and remove sharp table or something??. they shouldn't have put older kids to younger kids together to begin with! What's the point to have separate class then? Oh I see your priorities is not the wellness of children but saving money by sending teachers or rushing to close work so you can go home. There were few more incidents before brutal bites and shoving with bump/bruise, with the attitude of management person trying to cover up without thinking from parent's point of view or child's safety, I'm done with them. She either lies or doesnt bother to investigate the truth. She previously siad about bite marks are not all from bites, only one bite mark with other 2 marks are from scrapes. Scrapes?? Come on, nobody will see those as scrapes. A teacher witnessed told us already. wake up lady. Good luck if you want to put kids here better teach martial arts first! The only reason I gave 2 stars was because afternoon infant teachers were sincere nd caring for my baby. Yes it shows who is caring or not.

The representatives on the phone both times scheduled me without checking the availability of the school For the location off Horne, I was contacted by a representative at the location whom basically told me not to bother come in because they were full. She had little interest in even asking me when I wanted to enroll my children and I felt she was rushing me off the phone. I was scheduled to tour the Adobe Rd location today, on April 7th at 5:30 p.m. Once again, I received a call from this location just letting me know they won't have availability until this summer (which is fine because I was looking for a June start date). Upon my arrival, the story changed once I said June would actually work. It was then AFTER the summer. I was a offered a tour, but the staff seemed disinterested as they were really busy and they were full anyways, so I didn't see the point. If they weren't really interested in giving me a tour, I don't really think my kids will be taken care of well. How could they if they are overwhelmed with a student population? So, I'm glad at least two of the Childtimes are busy and don't need anymore business. That's fine though, I will grant them their wish and bring my kids to another daycare center that wants our business/ my kids there. P.s. I am sending this feedback because yes, it was that bad. I've looked at other daycares and everyone has been very friendly, even if they were full and would work with me to get my kids in when they could.

Over the past year, or so,…read moreshe has attended Audition Workshops, been cast in Main Stage productions and a Junior Main Stage production, taken camps and Master classes, been in troupes, and attended classes. Staff are very competent, highly enthusiastic about all aspects of theatre arts (writing, acting, dancing, stage management, directing, make up, costume design, music, choreography, set design, tech etc etc), nurturing, and there is very strong overall sense of community. My daughter has undoubtedly grown in various ways - willingness to try new experiences, confidence acting on stage in front of ~200 people at the fantastic Mesa Arts Center theatre, made good new friends, carefully managed her time, flexed her memory skills, dealt with the setback of not being cast, been a responsible and positive cast member, improved her acting, dancing, and singing skill. Thank you to all at EVCT for cultivating such a safe, welcoming, and encouraging space for children who want to try theatre! There seems to be something for every young aspiring actor at EVCT.

DO NOT ENROLL HERE. my husband and I were trying to enroll our children and had discontinued…read moreservices with other childcares (as our children were at two different care centers due to availability) when we decided to enroll our children here. my husband took a tour and I could not make it due to Work obligations, but we were told to fill out one sheet of paper and that they would be able to start the following Monday. Come to find out there was a slew of documentation which needed to be filled out prior to start, which was fine, except for the fact that we declined filling out the food form as well as the cream form for applying creams to children's rashes in private and non-private areas. When we decided to decline, we were told that we are unable to decline those forms and that we would not be able to enroll our children if we did not agree to allow them to apply cream to our children. This was very disturbing to hear. After speaking to their compliance officer, Heather, I was told that we should just find a new facility although we had already made arrangements to bring them here and disrupted our entire routine. They are definitely not following state law to allow parents the right to refuse to allow their children to have the application of ointments/creams to their children's nether regions further it is also illegal to require us to fill out the food form stating that they would get reimbursement when we were uncomfortable with sharing that information. This business is not running things how they should be nor legally, for that reason we will not be attending and I will be reporting them to the state. This is very disturbing. Do not send your children here if you are wanting to decline certain things to which parents are rightfully allowed to decline.

The front office is extremely cluttered and small. It doesn't look well maintained at all. The staff were very unwelcoming and rude. It seemed as if they weren't looking for more children to join this daycare. There are groups of kids shoved into many different "rooms" they are separated almost by shelving/bookshelves closing these children into each section of the room, this causes they daycare to be extremely loud at all times. It is extremely cluttered and dirty. Seeing the state of the daycare and how they don't value the cleanliness of where these children are, I can't insure they will value the health and care of my child. I definitely won't be bringing my child here not only after reading these reviews but also due to my poor experience.
