The machines only gave you one or two seconds to load into your swing before it threw a pitch, and seeing the ball come out of the machine was hard. The pitch machine was inconsistent at times, however when it fed a good pitch once in a while it was easy to hit. Sharing the machines does make for a pain trying to get into line and waiting. I understand it's busy which is ok, but maybe have more than 1 or 2 soft toss cages for people who just wanna work on their form instead of getting tossed into a machine pitch batting cage with no warmup. Prices are really good I will say, you definitely get your moneys worth. It's certainly not horrible, but if you're looking for better, there's a Scottsdale Batting Cage 20 minutes north off the 101 which has great machines, is very calm, and are versatile between soft toss and machine pitch at your own discretion.

My daughter has undoubtedly grown in various ways - willingness to try new experiences, confidence acting on stage in front of ~200 people at the fantastic Mesa Arts Center theatre, made good new friends, carefully managed her time, flexed her memory skills, dealt with the setback of not being cast, been a responsible and positive cast member, improved her acting, dancing, and singing skill. Thank you to all at EVCT for cultivating such a safe, welcoming, and encouraging space for children who want to try theatre! There seems to be something for every young aspiring actor at EVCT.

Most of the complaints I am seeing are about behaviors of children being children. Your kids are gonna get hurt from scratches and mischief and general curiosity-unless you put them in a plastic bubble their whole life. Kids are gonna share germs and lice and all other nonsense because they are kids! Hell most adults still don't follow proper hygiene yet these people expect it of these kiddos? The bottom line is that this daycare is amazing. They are flexible to your parenting style, they communicate very well and offer options that most daycares (including larger chains like kindercare) haven't even dreamt of yet. The staff genuinely love all of the kids, not just the ones in their classrooms- ALL of them. They offer so much to our community at an economical price. That being said, not everyone will fit in here and finding the right daycare is like dating- sometimes you have to try a few to find the right one, sometimes you win on your first try. Come to find out there was a slew of documentation which needed to be filled out prior to start, which was fine, except for the fact that we declined filling out the food form as well as the cream form for applying creams to children's rashes in private and non-private areas. When we decided to decline, we were told that we are unable to decline those forms and that we would not be able to enroll our children if we did not agree to allow them to apply cream to our children. This was very disturbing to hear. After speaking to their compliance officer, Heather, I was told that we should just find a new facility although we had already made arrangements to bring them here and disrupted our entire routine. They are definitely not following state law to allow parents the right to refuse to allow their children to have the application of ointments/creams to their children's nether regions further it is also illegal to require us to fill out the food form stating that they would get reimbursement when we were uncomfortable with sharing that information. This business is not running things how they should be nor legally, for that reason we will not be attending and I will be reporting them to the state. This is very disturbing. Do not send your children here if you are wanting to decline certain things to which parents are rightfully allowed to decline.
