Having a hot yoga studio just 10 minutes from my house has been amazing. The community is just as incredible as the classes. The friendships I've made here have been such a bonus. Every instructor is knowledgeable and offers options for all levels, which makes every class feel welcoming whether you're new or experienced. I also love the variety-deep stretch, different yoga styles and even fitness classes. There's always something new to try. They've also started doing monthly incentives. This month's bingo card has pushed me out of my comfort zone, pushing me into trying new classes to sitting in different spots in the studio and even introducing myself to fellow yogis. It was great, poses held for longer periods of time to get a deeper stretch into the fascia. I've tried a couple other classes here, and it's now the closest studio to me, however I already have my favorite hot yoga spots so I'll come here for the other types of classes they offer such as hot Pilates, hot HIIT and definitely the yin.

You are assigned a mat number once you check in. Since it was my first time I was given a tour of the studio. You are provided a basket with the equipment you will use in class. The basket had ankle weights, resistance band and a sanitize cloth/spray. They have sweat towels for your use and they give you a mat. They have locked lockers for your personal items. At the beginning of the class Jennifer went over the equipment, the moves we would use during class and the explained the numbers on the mat. They have full size wall mirrors. You start with a warm up and work your way through the different exercises. Jennifer has great energy and walked around the room giving us corrections in our positions and/or movements. We ended the class with stretching in a nice calm blue lighted room. The class was amazing and it made my muscles work and I felt like I got a great workout!
