Been there several times since it opened 2 weeks ago…read more I have experienced nothing but friendly people. They just opened at the beginning of the month...so the few glitches in the system is not a surprise. They are adding classes all the time but the demand is high. I think this is due to just newly opening Did the Mother's Day massage and facial. Maria was amazing! I have taken a cycling class called Amp. Good class higher intensity Can't wait for the new classes coming I also went to a Dynamic Stretch session. Wow. Noticed a difference in my squat within the hour. Into to Pilates was very informative and I suspect I will be taking more The Dante Jam class was so much fun. But expect to burn some calories! Next trying Yoga. Mat Pilates, and Intro to Pickleball

Visited the Gilbert location. The guest pass process was more complicated than expected. It…read morerequired downloading the app, creating a profile, and having the pass emailed, with the gym member needing to be present during the visit. Day pass pricing at the Gilbert location is $50 for adults and $30 for children, which feels high for what's offered. In the family locker room, several lockers were not functioning properly. Assistance was requested, and it was mentioned that the locker selected was already known to be broken, though it didn't appear to be marked or addressed to prevent the same issue for others. The pool area felt underwhelming and quiet. The hot tub is restricted to ages 12 and up, which may be limiting for families with younger children. Overall, staff interactions felt minimal and the environment wasn't particularly welcoming or engaging.

Team[fit] has changed my life for the better and only continues to do so. I joined in June 2018 and…read moreworkout at least five times a week (if not six times a week). The friendly and teamwork based environment can not be matched by any other bootcamp style gyms (I've tried Cross fit, LifeTime programs, and EOS programs before). Since joining I have utilized all the workout formats that are offered, equipment, supplemental workouts, meal plans, and different class times/sessions. All of which are employed by Team[fit] with fidelity and are geared to benefit the individual member. I get a team based workout with individualized attention that exceeds my standards and expectations. From having to book, change, or cancel class sessions last minute to seeking performance feedback, everything you need is here. Team[fit] is so organized they put it all at your finger tips using app based programs. To this day I continue to make friendships that start with a Team[fit] workout. Whether from group workouts to a positive fitness experience there is someone who seeks the same opportunities as you. So I recommend you give it a try. Plus, I still can't feel my calfs or walk from a full-body workout two days ago, so I think it is working..?

I have been coming to TeamFit for about 9 months now and I haven't looked back. Before I started…read morecoming here, I would go to a gym and putter around for an hour and call it a work out. Sometimes I did my own thing and sometimes I took classes. I really thought I was getting decent exercise. Then I had a friend convince me to come to one of these classes on arm day and I realized that I was so much more weak and out of shape than I thought I was. This boot camp is run out of the gym at a church and is designed by the owner/trainer Jeff and his wife Jessie. It alternates between weight training days (arms/legs/full body) with conditioning days. There is always a bit of a cardio element to the weight training days and conditioning usually has lighter weights/higher reps and running/sprints. It is ALWAYS different and never boring. The best thing about it is that all you have to do is drag your butt to the gym and Jeff will do the rest. The workouts are about 45 minutes long, but they are hard. Jeff does a great job of guiding newbies, and will help anyone modify exercises if they are too tough. He will push you, though. So, here I am 9 months later and in WAY better shape than when I started, but I still have a ways to go. There are a ton of men and women that have been members for a lot longer and are in such amazing shape. It's great for me to see them kill workouts because it's inspiring. Also, everyone here is super duper nice and encouraging. It really is like a family in the best way possible. I can't thank Jeff and Jessie enough for everything they do at TeamFit. It has changed my life for the better, and I can't imagine ever stopping. Do yourself a favor and try them out!
