He is very courteous and respectful. Spoke so that I could understand everything that was going to happen and what came with the door and install. Josh and his Assistant, Seth, arrived on time on install day. Finished sooner than they had quoted. The quality of their work was impeccable. Beautiful new door! I checked around and their price was comparable to the prices of other companies. In this day and age, I'll pay top price for Honesty and Integrity all day long. We had about 6 or 7 glass units replaced, as the seals were compromised…read more The workers did a decent job, but the glass Open Enclose used for the job was very milky on the inside (between the panes) when the sun shone on it. It was bad enough that they even replaced 3 units that were the worst, and the new units showed the same defect. Turns out they used a brand of glass called OldCastle. That seemed to be the problem because we had Green Valley Glass replace these new windows with another brand and the milkiness problem went away. Open Enclose refused to reimburse us for the 3 units we had Green Valley Glass replace. If you decide to get your glass from Open Enclose, do not let them sell you OldCastle glass.

Raul did an outstanding job fixing three very challenging doors in my home…read more The pocket sliding door was especially difficult -- I was told the wall would need to be opened to fix it. Raul found a smart solution that avoided breaking the drywall and got the door hanging and sliding perfectly again. The office door was badly misaligned due to foundation settling. Raul carefully adjusted it, aligned it to the frame, and added a rubber seal to make it soundproof. The final result was excellent and exceeded my expectations. The backyard door had a similar alignment issue. Raul trimmed and aligned the door properly and added a rubber seal so it now closes tightly and seals well. Raul is skilled, professional, and clearly very experienced. He takes the time to do things the right way and find the best solution. I highly recommend him for any door repairs.
