About the time the season stops and "winter" kicks in, it's time for a sharpening trip. they're friendly and efficient. I'll continue going. I must say, the shop smells quite strongly of gas. It took their two professional movers, with me assisting, 4 and a half hours to move a 1 bedroom apartment!! Because it took so long, I was charged almost $1,100.
