Now that I have been a customer for a while I am changing my experience to 1 star. I would give it 0 stars if possible. I have been in the insurance industry for 25+ years as a member of management and am completely appalled at how this agency is running. I will not only be taking my multi-line policy to another agency, but I will be advising my family and friends to do the same. Not only does the owner treat her employees with disrespect but the way she runs her business is completely unethical and downright unprofessional. If you happen to get a call from someone in her office (like I did) that she would like to meet with you to discuss changes or answer any questions, beware, she is just trying to talk you into taking out more coverages to benefit her own pocket. State Farm should be ashamed to have someone like her run an agency as a platform of their company. If you are thinking about using this agency, I would look around and think twice before you encourage behavior for someone who is selfishly looking out for only themselves!
