This loophole was because their Agent "Star Nsurance" miss wrote the policy and didn't put the one and only owner of the vehicle and the one and only the person on the auto lien on the vehicle's insurance policy. I don't even know how you can write an insurance policy without having the owner of the vehicle on it? BUT Malik very happily denied paying for the vehicle because this loophole gave him an out. Progressive would rather spend money on fancy witty commercials then pay for loyal customer when we need them. I would suggest Geico, they're much more attentive and customer friendly. But if you go with Progressive make sure you educate yourself on all of the insurance laws and read your contract from end-to-end, because they will use any possible loophole to deny paying you regardless of if you paid them on time all the time or not. Apparently they deny coverage as a regular part of doing business, and pay Flo off for her witty commercials to draw in new prey! ---- Here's an update, a Progressive Agent reached out to me and was very nice however offered nothing except that he felt bad for my situation. I don't understand the point of that call. He all but admitted that my situation should have never happened but he blamed the agent that writes his policies and still offered to do nothing for me except try to get me to say I like Progressive and it's not their fault. He hasn't moved me in fact I'm telling you now don't ever do business with Progressive they will screw you if they have an opportunity to. Then they'll call you up and try to sweet-talk you after they're done screwing you over. I've used Geico before and I promise you they were much better company that believes in customer service and has moral and ethical values.

This company sells insurance, collects their fee(s) and bails when the going gets tough as if they received nothing for doing something. I filed a BBB Complaint to which they did likewise, nothing. I get a threatening email from Mark Schultes saying "I'm sorry" it is about the policy he collected fees to bind and the emailed attachment was not even honest. Don't you think he had a duty to ensure what he was sending me was factually correct? Me too! Well it wasn't, and at the end of the day the threat was a cancellation of my FULLY PAID [on 07\05\23 $2,250.46] HO3 policy emailed to me on 7\25\23 by Mark Shultes of Complete Insurance of Whesley Chapel FL, stating I refused a "drive-by Inspection" [how can anyone refuse a drive by anything when drone photos already were a part of the original application process?] by "Direct Cancellation Notice on the Diary Date of 08\08\24". I absolutely did not refuse anything. Mr. Knumb Nuts of Complete(LY) Lacking Insurance apparently elected not to submit the four-point inspection report that clearly has Drone photos showing the home canNOT be seen from either of the two abutting streets. Yet he had the audacity to email me lies and then run and hide. So much so on 8\7\23 when I mailed a cancellation notice of that policy purchased through this "company" found on FMAP [Florida's Market Place Assistance Program] he once again did what you would aqnticipate he "uploaded the executed cancellation notice and said thank you if you have any problems contact that company and gave me the number to the company I already had". So I fill in the blanks that Mr M from Manhattan missed. Not only will they not provide you the information requested, no. They'll actually take affirmative actions to perpetrate and perpetuate a fraud. All the while making their measly few dollars. These people would sell themselves short and take you along with them for under twenty-five dollars. Mr M covers a very valid line of suspicion and intolerance based upon withheld facts and information necessary to an informed decision by consumers confronted by this surely suspect entity. I take it one step further to show you that they have not a single ounce of scruples or business sense let alone honor and integrity they simply are lacking in each and every area. Frankly I don't think they care because as WC Fields once said there is a sucker born every minute and they look to cash in every minute or as soon thereafter as is possible but yet not barely practical. BUYER BEWARE here!
