Bar operation has been figured out to a exact science. There are processes and equipment to make it easy to quickly serve drinks. This place is so disorganized it was the subject of jokes from the people waiting in line. I will not blame the people working behind the counter but it was evident they had no clue of what they were doing. Clearly they were not trained, if they were then the person doing the training should be fired.
