Had I waited until she was ready, I would've finally sat in the chair 20-30 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start. However, I never got to her chair. As soon as she started her 2nd client, she and her client began to talk about something completely inappropriate and the owner made comments that have no business being said around clients, particularly a new client she had never met. I was so shocked at what I was hearing, I told her I would be leaving and went to another salon. I have no doubt that Kay is a fantastic hairdresser, but between having to wait upwards of a half an hour for my appointment and having to sit and listen to inappropriate comments from her, I am unwilling to give her my business.

She has also done the keratin and Botox treatment on my super curly frizzy hair and every time comes out silky and healthy. Also, Amber is super professional, conversationalist, kind, and friendly which is a plus. Updates Are Below Original Review…read more Avoid Sassy B's Salon. They totally ruined my daughter's hair. I approved Rose Gold and pastel and Belinda was provided an inspiration photo. My daughter is a minor (11) and Belinda went rogue and did not get my consent for any changes from what I had approved. https://www.instagram.com/p/BTPZfyClIOs/ Update; Apparently, the reason Belinda curled my daughter's hair was to cover up the fact that besides being the incorrect color she had completely botched the color. Further Update: While the Owner Belinda has now posted a professional and polite response to my review, she sent private messages that were verbally abusive and unprofessional to the point that I was forced to block and report her to Yelp. Further Update: After being blocked from harassing and abusing me on Yelp, the Owner has begun a Social Media campaign of lies against me and had her relatives begin harassing me on Instagram. I moved here from Colorado last year, and she cane highly reviewed from my grandma, my aunt, and my cousin so I thought I would give her a try. And let me state that I trust no one with my hair, exempt for Tina. She does amazing fashion colours on me and my cut is always just how I wanted it. I've never walked away with screwy bangs or funny layers. And I've never seen a guest walk away from any other stylist looking anything less than pleased.
