Cured my Blepharospasm, and more…read more.. A year ago I developed an unusual condition with my eyes where they involuntarily closed and were irritated, forcing me to not be able to drive and work. After several visits to optometrists who incorrectly diagnosed the condition as dry-eye and much research later, I determined that it is a neurological condition. Getting an appointment from a neurological specialist take months; while no work or driving or normal life. More research and talking to others, an eye doctor's assistant said she had heard of this condition being treated with botox injections in the eyelids. I setup an appointment with NM Eye Associates and it helped the condition (a "band-aid" solution, not correcting the cause), but with side-affects. The best part of the botox was that now I know the problem: Blepharospasm. The condition I had is called Blepharospasm, which is an abnormal contraction of the eyelid muscles. Now that I know the condition...more research, and more options, such as acupuncture. I setup an appointment with Dr. Geoffrey N. Hayes at Endpoint Wellness. Geoffrey say me that day. I had never had acupuncture before, and didn't have an opinion regarding if I believed in eastern medicine or not. One thing is for sure, I didn't know how it worked. Geoffrey talked with be to describe the basics of opening-up or releasing the chi (energy) and blood. He said due to my condition (again, unable to work and live a normal life for months), I should receive treatment frequently at first. I received acupuncture around my eyes (mainly) and other normal spots every other day for the first couple of weeks. After the first two visit I noticed relief, I was VERY excited. Within 2 weeks the condition was much better, at least to the point where I could drive and work and live normally. We changed our appointments to 2 per week, then 1 per week, then 1 per 2 weeks, and now 1 per 3 weeks. I AM CURED!!! ENDPOINT WELLNESS saved me. In a very short time Geoffrey resolved my problem, where many other doctors could not. I now go to Endpoint Wellness about every 3 weeks. You check in, they take you back and get you hooked up to everything, your family comes to hang out, the anesthesia doc comes to talk to you, you meet the OR nurses, your doctor comes to have a chat, and then you're off for surgery. After surgery, the nurses in the recovery room will have a plethora of drink options and crackers for you to have a snack while you beat off the effects of anesthesia. They'll bring your family back to sit with you, and help you get dressed. Everyone here is super duper nice, and very helpful. They even call you the day after surgery to see how you're doing, and you'll get a card signed by all of the staff a few days after as well. Not necessary, but definitely a nice touch.

I received a rhinoplasty and chin liposuction 1 and half years ago. This Dr botched my nose and my…read morechin from the liposuction. He promised it would look like the pictures he created. It wasn't until after I paid and after the surgeries that he said he couldn't guarantee results but he never said that before I went through with it. Another Dr has to fix his mess and told me the rhinoplasty was the worst he's ever seen, along with the chin liposuction. He didn't go all the way through, he went half way, causing a double chin, which I didn't have before and I do not gain weight. I've been 120 since high school. He did not address the issues I asked. The tip was to be removed like the picture which was my main concern. Instead, the tip was left in tact, not even addressed, and he made my nose bulky and changed my nostrils which I did not ask for and my nose looks worse than it did originally. I went with him bc he was affordable but I realize now he's affordable bc he doesn't know faces. He did the surgery without addressing the actual issue and created an asymmetrical nose when it was symmetrical, all I needed was the tip removed. Don't go with this Dr just because he's affordable. I found a better Dr who charges more, however, his rhinoplasty reviews are all positive, not like here, most of these reviews are body surgeries, not the face. I would not recommend him if you want the results you pay for. The rhinoplasty completely destroyed my face and one nostril is bigger than the other. I recommend saving for a bit longer, don't choose this office just because it's affordable. You will get what you pay for and I know that now. He even yelled at me for calling him out and when I left the room, two patients waiting in the lobby told me they couldn't believe he raised his voice at me bc they heard him. This Dr destroyed my face, created asymmetrical nostrils, did not address the tip which the picture clearly showed was the only area to touch, destroyed my chin, which I had done to create a better jaw formation, instead now I have a double chin, and he lied before I paid, and after the surgery, said he couldn't promise results.
