No improvement, no follow-up, no concern. I reached out multiple times -- by phone, messages, and even went in person -- and was completely ignored. When I finally showed up to address my concerns, the staff staged a disgusting scene. The receptionist put on a fake crying act while two others came out accusing me of yelling -- even though I was calm and simply asking for answers. It was clearly a setup to distract from the fact that they had no intention of helping or standing by their services. I even recorded the interaction -- that's how insane it got. Rather than offer any kind of refund, explanation, or professionalism, they had the nerve to call the police and warn me not to return -- as if I was the problem for wanting accountability. This place is a complete scam. Unprofessional, dishonest, and manipulative. I lost $965.86, got zero results, and was treated like a threat for speaking up. This is an issue with UNM but not Dr. Samuel Tabets problem. He has extensive experience and knowledge and my issue isn't easy, this I realize. He is kind and will listen and answer via the Patient Portal Messaging System. He is part-time, does Surgery 2 days a month, yes I said it 2 days a month. If you are lucky enough to get him as a Doctor you are in good hands in my opinion.
