I find it insane that no one picked up the phone to call me or discuss the payment. I paid all of my estimated copayments and had no idea that I would owe more. The staff are kind and attentive. Everyone there genuinely wants to see the patients thrive and reach goals. We have had two different therapists and they are all great. They have even helped us with her school IEP on what she needs to help her during school hours. They are always willing to talk to the teachers. Only downside is it can take over a year to get in with them. I think we waited 14 months on the waiting list. I am not deducting any stars because that is how many OT places are. Just really long wait times. My daughter was on 3 different waiting lists and we figured we would take the first that could get her in, but ExplorAbilities was our top choice. So pleased they called first!
