I'm a young lady who drove in to order 4 new tires for my vehicle and then get some air in the meantime . The guy stared at me for 5 minutes before coming to greet me, it was sprinkling so I'm not sure if he was waiting for it to stop before assisting me. He then pointed to the air pump to tell me to put air in my own tire. When I asked him to do it he rolled his eyes and yanked the cord. I just drove off and went to a shop nearby who assisted me with exceptional customer service. I'm very disappointed in my experience at Rodriguez Tire Shop!! I drove through an exit gate and a bolt on the gate slashed my tire. This was 4:30 in the afternoon and most tire places close at 5 and are closed Sunday. A friend told me about Rodriguez Tire Shop and I really didn't have the money to purchase a new tire, so I was interested in a used tire. I made it there late Monday night around 9 pm and parked in the one open spot available. In less than 15 minutes I was greeted, asked if I wanted new or used, was shown a really nice brand name tire that looked practically new and retails for $229, and was priced at $70 and had the spare removed, the replacement tire installed and was on my way. A few things to know when you go: 1. It's no frills, they jack up your car where you park and do everything right there 2.They told me I would need to check the air once I leave. I use 30 psi, and they put 52 psi in it. It was obvious and I stopped right away to adjust the pressure 3. Going back today to get wheel balancing done. Wish they would have suggested it. 4. I think they take card payments now, not just cash. But I already had cash to pay them. Overall, I was amazed at the quality of the used tire, the fast service and their 24 hour availability. read more

Reading through other comments and it seems that all prices stay the same. Got a car towed there in the middle of the night due to a flat tire. They told me it was $35/used tire and $100/new tire. This is just a small shop next to a gas station. They use no lift, just some good old floor jacks to replace the tires. The car was in and out in 30 minutes. As for people with English issue, I understand it could be difficult. There was 2 guys who speak English without an accent, but the owner doesn't seem to speak a lot. As a rule of thumb, ALWAYS ask for price before they touch the car. I didn't have an issue. Everything was flawlessly executed. read more

I could not believe that there was a 24 hour tire repair shop less then a mile from were I had my blow out. When the tow driver arrived there, these guys were in the pouring rain working on tires. It was busy night. I thought that I was looking at a racing car team put a new tire on my car and others cars it was so quick. I was supposed to be at work at 10 and I got to my job t at 11. I got a flat tire on my rental while visiting Dallas and this shop was the closest to my location. Had to have the car towed here on short notice, and although no one answered when I tried to call ahead, I didn't have any issues getting serviced when I arrived with the tow truck around 6am. There were other customers there at the time, and even still I was in and out within about 30-40 min, and was able to continue my vacation with no issues. Definitely recommend for a quick fix and super clutch that they're open 24 hours. read more

This place was actually mentioned, while I was awaiting a tow truck from AAA, at 342am on a Thursday, in Fort Worth. (Jan 2020) The ONLY reason I didn't give 5 stars, is that they don't have a working phone. I'd called all the published numbers I could find and none of them worked. I was concerned that my car would be towed and they wouldn't be open. But they were, and were able to replace my busted tire cheap and fast! Yeah... I ALREADY had my spare on the front tire. Bought a tire from them around 5am one morning. Well, the tire went flat the following afternoon. Took the tire back and they refused to replace it and were not friendly or professional in the way that they handled the situation. Way up on the building there is a sign that says that only new tires get receipts, but it was still dark when I arrived and this was not brought to my attention. Because of their nasty and impersonal and unprofessional behavior, I will never use their services again. read more

I had 2 tires to replace and they quoted me $30 each over the telephone, and when I arrived, they charged me $40 each...since I took an UBER there, it was not worth arguing $20 more dollars...my car started shaking really bad, to find out they didn't balance either tire...they were extremely rude and unprofessional! I tried another place that claimed to be 24hours, so I had my car towed here instead. I was met with friendly service and was in and out.These guys mean it when they say 24 hour service 365 days a year. This is the worst place known to man. The people here are so rude and will leave you questioning everything. You ask them a question and they just give you a blank look and tell you they don't speak any English. I asked then how much it would be to put some air in my tiers and they looked at me with a blank stair, so I asked them in Spanish and they said it would be no charge. Then they told me that one tire was low and they started to take the tire off to dip it in water to make sure there was no hole. I still thought this was part of the free service and thought they were going over and beyond....... I thought wrong!! After finding nothing , the mechanic put the tire back on the car and I asked him if that was it. He ignored me went inside and brought me a bill and told me cash only.
