He got right to work and all I had to do was sit in the waiting room. Where I noticed they also do oil changes, tire disposal, and oil disposals. The waiting room is quiet and not super crowded. The weather channel was playing and there were 4 adults sitting in the room. One of the men in the room said he trust tire mart and he has been coming here 25 years. Mohammed came and told me one of my tires was good and he didn't see me needing to replace it!!! So, Joseph proceeds to tell me my son other two tires needed replacing as well, I didn't think to much of it because my son is headed off to college and i want to make sure he's safe. THEN Joseph proceeds to say "oh, it looks like your son's car needs new windshield wipers" me saying ok( which they were $43) I could have purchased them cheaper and replaced them myself. So, I go in for two flat tires $119 each and $43 for windshield wipers and warranty $76. $25 disposal fee and labor cost. I'm at $755 so I check out and LEAVE my son there to wait on his car. Joseph has my son call me to say that he now needs NEW lumb nuts another $50+ dollars. I tell Joseph "sir don't tell me nothing else is wrong with my son's car" I'm home and telling my husband what happened, my husband tells me to go back up there and take the warranty off the tires. I go back of course he's trying to talk me out of it. While I'm waiting on my refund, i hear his coworker saying "man Joseph is KILLING it today!" I instantly get upset, because while Joseph is out here racking up my tab as if the economy isn't already costly enough. He needs to not be trying to get over on people for his own gain! If you wanted to be a salesman and make commission maybe he should go to a car dealership! I will NEVER go BACK to this Discount Tire!
