Requests are not answered in a timely manner, I have to consistently follow up to get the adjustments needed on my policy and now I am at risk of not submitting documents on time because this location has been lacking on their end. In the last week I have had to reach out 4 times three different avenues just to get a response. Definitely will be the last year with this location. Twice I have called asking to speak with a manager and have not been able to and I'm told they are going to take care of what I need and get back to me. Today is the first day that I actually got a call back after I called them first.

She kept me calm and explained my situation and explained what I needed to do to resolve my issue. She advised me that she will personally follow up the next day and thats exactly what she did. I can be a handful when I dont get great service but Tania made it very difficult for me to get upset at her by the way she handled the situation, kudos to her. I've asked for new quotes but I get a lot of "others are coming back higher" or "we're still waiting on another quote" and this year I got ignored completely while my phone calls never got returned. However my cancellation email was responded to in a timely manner. I went to another broker: over 40% off this year's renewal rate (felt so cheap we even added 10% coverage but we were under covered before). The only explanation I can come up with is they aren't into brokering condo insurance (anymore?) and they didn't care whether I stayed with them or paid an obscene rate.
