Poor customer service, suped rude. We were told they could not fix the issue after 2 weeks of going back and fourth. They told us issue would cost thousands of dollars to fix and they could not do it. Took car to another shop and they fixed it within same day of drop off. Cost under $300. Really felt we were on back burn because of voucher. Like the man said " vouchers have to wait...they aren't first priority" 2 weeks -waste of time. Do better. read more

Finally a sigh of relief brought my truck in to get serviced because of a smog issue, did everything I could on my own but couldn't seem to find out the issue, thankfully Armando was able to correct the problem for me and get my truck to pass smog inspection! Thank you again! read more

Been coming here forever. Never had any problems with anyone. I have found them to be honest and trustworthy. You don't stay in business that long from screwing people. These guys are good guys who do a good job. I remember one time we brought one of our vehicles in and got a phone call from them a few minutes later... turned out that we didn't need a smog for it yet. I was very happy they just didn't just do it. They have integrity. read more

They do a good job on the smog but the employee made me wait 20 minutes while he ate his burger and finished his lunch. Please put up lunch hours if you don't want to ring people out. read more

Had my sons Jeep smoged by Armando didn't pass the first time for the sensor being reset by my mechanic. Armando was friendly and up front and honest and told me to come back once I had x amount of miles to reset the sensor. Great guy read more

Been going to Armando's since 2015ish. He's done 3 vehicles of mine and has never failed to do the work. Yeah sometimes his price can be a little more than people expect but I can promise he and the guys at the shop will get you vehicle done. read more

2 stars for kindness and not charging. However they couldnt figure out how to adjust the lights on my truck. And theyre supossed to be certfied for lights inspection. They blamed it on my lights hahah. I took my truck to another smaller shop and they quickly adjusted my lights. Sad sad sad. Had Armandos just used the repair software every mechanic has in their computers they would have easily figured it out. read more

These guys will rip you off. I only went here because I had to and he is the only guy that is open late. Bottom line. This is how mondo works. I had him smog an older car 1995 Buick. He came back in after testing my car ( not really sure if he did a legit test on it) and told me it wouldn't pass. He said it was far from passing and it might be something with the cat converter or motor. He HIGHLY recommended that I go to the fair grounds which was offering a free smog test and if it didn't pass their test, they would give me a voucher for $500 dollars and I could use that at his shop to repair my car because he quoted me roughly $400 to repair my car. So I was like DAMNNNN you really jumped to telling me about this voucher thing. Made me a little suspicious so I went to another smog place and showed them the results from my smog test that Mondo gave me. The guy looked at the papers and said it barely didn't pass and from the way the numbers look, it looks like all I needed to do was buy a new O2 sensor. bought a new sensor for $16 bucks and took the car to get smogged. Well to my surprise Mondo GROSS POLLUTED MY CAR which means that the only people who can smog it after it's been gross polluted are people who are "Star Certified ". Guess who is "Star Certified"...........Yep mondo of course. Mondo tried to make it to where I had no other choice but to go back to only him. But thankfully there is another dude right next to the tracks in Selma who is star certified. Dude smogged it and it passed with flying colors. BE AWARE OF THIS CROOK. He wanted to charge me $400+ for a simple O2 sensor. Simple $16 dollar fix. He does this scam because he gets to keep that cash from the voucher. He will say aww man it's going to be $520 but with the voucher you only pay $20 but he's not telling you that your giving him $500 cash. I feel bad for the people who don't get to use a voucher. If you do get this voucher go to someone that is honest. Use it somewhere else and stop helping this guy scam. read more

Great place to get your car smog done. I have been coming here for about 6 years now. They get the smog done fast . They are honest mechanics. I have brought everything from an old Honda to a new BMW here. I hope they are around for years to come. read more
