This was the WORST salon experience ive ever had . I am a licensed nailtech of 6+ years and my friend convinced me to come get a pedicure with her. When we walked in the atmosphere is clean for the most part and the lady seemed nice. She brought us to the pedicure chairs where 2 men did our services for us. The man doing my friends pedicure did a great job, but I can not say the same for the man who did mine. I only had gel polish on my toes and he proceeded to use an extremely coarse bit to remove my polish which is extremely damaging to the nail bed. When I mentioned it to him he had an attitude and told me that he knows what he's doing. I needed acrylic on on my big toes and as u can see in the pictures he did a horrible job at application and the nail was extremely crooked! I was not asked what kind of pedicure I wanted I guess they just gave me the cheapest one and he cut me while shaping my nails with the nail file . Skip this place at all cost. Waited an hour. They don't communicate with you they ask what you need and say nothing else to you the whole time I waited. Long story short they don't clean the pedicure bowl after every use they just put a bag over the dirty bowl and use the same plug without washing it either. My lady didn't speak any English I wanted the water hot not luke warm she just kept nodding her head and didn't adjust the water temperature. Then she never asked me what type of Pedi I wanted. She just gave me the cheapest one. NOBODY GETS THE CHEAPEST PEDICURE. what's the point of that I could have done that at home. She constantly had to stop doing my nails to address walk ins and phone calls. Highly unprofessional. Then when I told her what I was not happy with on my nails she refused to fix it. Kept "trying" but not understanding. There are spots where the nail are not covering my nail and they are lifting already a few days in. Had one particular nail that was super awkward, too big, and looked terrible and she refused to change out. Others were not even! Asked for almond shape more like round. Just terrible. This time, I booked for a medium-length French tip set. The price was originally $75, which I was fine with. Everything was going well at first -- we were having a good conversation, and things seemed smooth. But then I noticed something off -- black glitter (from another client's polish) had somehow mixed into my neon yellow. It looked like little dust particles on my nails. I brought it up, and she agreed to add a second coat. After that, you could still see the glitter. She asked if I wanted her to remove everything -- even though we had already discussed that I was on a time limit. I told her no because I needed to be somewhere, and we had agreed ahead of time that she could finish within that time. When I mentioned a discount, that's when her whole energy changed. She got an attitude and started rushing through the rest of the set. She tossed my hand a bit while applying polish, the clear polish was dripping when I went under the UV lamp, and the cuticle oil at the end felt rushed and careless. I even said "thank you" at the end, and she didn't say a word back. In the end, I paid $60 -- but it still felt like I paid $60 for a sloppy, rushed set that I'm not happy with. Mistakes happen, but it was the lack of professionalism after acknowledging the issue that really upset me. I left feeling disrespected and disappointed. I go in for mani's and gels all the time and I find it a very comfortable and friendly environment . All of the people I've interacted with have been incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and kind. I went there for a mani pedi for the first time today. The tech that did my pedi was aweful. She kept digging her finger nails into my feet while trying to massage them. I told her three times that she was hurting me, but that didn't help any, she filed my toe nails crooked , and put so much oil on my feet, thst when I went to stand up, my feet literally slipped off of my flip flops. I spoke to the manager and he took all the extra oil of my feet, and washed my flip flops . He told me that was the third time this week someone complained about her. Best service ever! Walked in at 7pm and they treated us like royalty! Took my baby to get her nails done for her birthday and they were so sweet to us. Kids gel mani pedi and gel toes and dip nails for me came out perfect! The owner was so kind and did my dip mani while I was getting my toes done so we could be finished at the same time. Went to Armani's as a walk-in for the second time. Again it was great! They were very busy, but I had no wait. My technician for this visit was Kai. I had a regular pedicure and a powder dip manicure. The pedicure chair with message features was so wonderful. Kai was friendly but quiet, which for me was very nice because I like quiet. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. My nails look and feel great and the pricing was reasonable. I will definitely return. I've tried this nail salon three times because because it's convenient to my home. I have never had a good experience there. They act as though they are doing me a favor by doing my nails. This last time was so bad the ridges left in my nails were so bad it was embarrassing. When I went back in to show them how poor the job was and ask if they felt that was a good job they said "oh yes, this is normal". Bumpy with ridges is not something I'm willing to pay $40 for. I will say the pedicure was good and the lady who did it was nice. But, the receptionist and the man who did my nails did not do a nice job and not friendly people. First of all my daughter got a regular acrylic full set. When I paid she charged me 45 instead of 35 and my receipt says dipping gel full set. When I said she didn't get dipping gel it should be 35 she said oh it's extra 10 for shape and the design. I'm sure you can see the star in the picture which is rough looking and the nails were just rounded, no fancy shape. My pedicure was interesting. I got a Deluxe which was supposed to be additional massage treatment. The pedicure was basically normal except he never massaged my feet at all just my calves. That was odd but I let it go. So then the polish kept clumping and I said I think maybe that polish isn't going to work. He said something to the person working next to him and ignored me. He kept putting more polish on trying to get the clumps off. I sat with my feet in the dryer for over 15 minutes. Then I looked down and started to put my shoes on and saw a giant clump on my big toe. I had put my shoes on so It's possible I hit it with my flip flop but you could see the polish was crazy thick. The girl at the front desk said oh did you mess it up. I was like maybe but the polish is crazy thick and pretty messy. She was like ohh he can repaint them all sit down. He took the polish off and repainted the one toe which was fine because what's the point of repainting them all if that's the way he polishes. Excuse me, this place is a terrible place I would not recommend for anybody they cut my grandmother's finger with a little stupid file thing and it cost $300 I've never experienced such high prices and my cousin picked the lightest purple possible and it came out to be the darkest color you will ever see. I have had several bad experiences at Armani and I always tell myself that I will never go back. But it's the closest nail place to my house and you can usually just walk in without an appointment so I end up there when in a hurry. Last time they filled my nails almost to the point of bleeding. I didn't go back for several months but was leaving on vacation the next day and needed last minute dip. The girl doing my nails was in such a hurry she literally cut of a chunk of my finger while cutting the cuticle. I screamed, blood went everywhere and the finger wouldn't stop bleeding. She just sat there not knowing what to do. After about 20 minutes of bleeding through several paper towels she tried to wrap around my finger the bleeding got under control so she wrote me a ticket for what I owed. The owner was at the cash register so I told her what happened. I showed her how a chunk of my finger is missing and I am still bleeding. She took $5 of my bill and handed me a band aid. That's it. No apology, no concern. It is now a week later and my finger is still swollen, infected and throbbing. I will definitely never be back. Bad service and very rude and unconcerned owners. read more

Sony and his wife are very rude. I went in to the salon today to have my usual 2 weeks gen nails done and Sony had someone he was already working on. I asked him how long and he said 45 minutes. I said ok, but remembered I needed to pick up dog meds about a mile down the road. I asked him to please not take anyone before me as I was coming right back. He said, Give me money." I said "excuse me" and he laughed and joked, "Give me 200 dollars." We laughed and I went to get my dog's liver meds and returned within 30 minutes. When I entered Sony had a brand new client in his chair. I said, "Really Sony? You said 45 minutes and it hasn't even been that long." He didn't say anything and then said,"She came in 5 minutes before you." I didn't say anything but turned around and walked out. I spend 60.00 (incl. tip) every 2 weeks for my nails and an extra 45.00 when I have a pedicure.( incl. tip) After 2 years, I will not be returning there again. (I stopped going for a month once bc Sony's wife was so rude) But now with his rudeness to me, I will never return. There are too many courteous and good nail techs that I would rather pay my money to. Salons that are professional and polite will keep me as a loyal client.
