Absolute worst pedicure I've ever had. The bottom of my feet looked either the same exact way they did before I got there or possibly even worse. I didn't notice until after that one of my toes the gel on it was a round ball on top of my toenail. Overpriced and unfortunately I did not get the name of the girl that did my pedicure but she was rude as hell, made it very obvious that she didn't want to do my Pedicure and if she hates her job so much she shouldn't work there. I've been going here for a couple months now and let me just say that i've had my ups and downs with this place. The first time i came here i had an older gentleman do my nails who made my nails wayyy to thin and had me going back for a another manicure after a week. The second time i had the same man do my nails and he was in such a rush he didn't let the gel stay in the UV long enough making them peel off. third time i went i was sat with Lily who is amazing. she knows what i like and takes her time doing it. Lily also addresses me by my name when i walk in which i think is going because it shows she remembers her customers. My last thing to say about this place is that if you're in a rush this is the wrong place to be. I make appointments every time i go and i NEVER get sat on time due to poor time management which i can handle unless i'm in a rush. read more

Had my nails done by what seems to be the owner/manager was a bit rough and looking around, was not happy with how my nails turned out, I got the dip, the classic pedicure is 25 dollars and It was one of the worse I have had, it took the girl like 10 min, I still tipped her but I was overall not happy with my nails nor pedicure definitely not going back read more

Started coming here about 2 years ago and they are great. My schedule is always changing so I can't ever make appts for my nails and it's never a problem here. I don't think I have ever had to wait more than 10 minutes. They have lots of technicians and they are all great. The owner always acknowledges my by name when I come in (very rare!!) Place is clean, the massage chairs at the pedicure stations are perfect!! I definitely recommend. read more

Clean place, short handed on nail techs. I had a guy named tony that really didnt do a good job on my pedi. I upgraded my pedi and felt as if i received a regular pedi. Will go back to try out new people. read more

I've never been inside this salon but even before going in I had such an awful experience over the phone. Monday afternoon I called and nicely asked if there was a wait on pedicures at rhe moment. The guy I believe confused me with a no show customer and I amazed told him he was probably confusing me but nooo he went ahead and spoke to me so irrationally and then proceeded to click on me. I called again I was AMAZED I asked him the same question, he annoyed still proceeded to speak to me so disrespectfully and I told him he needs better communication and people skills. Worst pedicure I've ever had. Paid extra $10 for extra massage. The man (I think he was the owner) rubbed my legs with salt and sugar scrubs until they felt raw. He bent my toes a few times. Never rubbed my feet, which was the whole reason for getting a pedicure in the first place. When I questioned him about not rubbing my feet, he said he did and I "just forgot". Seriously!? I went in to get my nails done and eyebrow wax. The nails tech did a good job. However, the lady that did my eyebrows, did a horrible job and put a line through the edge of my eyebrows. I was so in shock when I noticed and said you ruined my eyebrows. You put a line through it. She then proceeded to say it was there that it's a scar. This made me even more upset that she would lie about it instead of just apologize. I asked to speak to the manager and immediately she came in defending her and saying it's a scar. I proceeded to take out my phone of a very recent picture with a date stamped on it to show them know that they are lying. Then a customer asked the manager to just apologize to her that's all she is asking for. This is when the manager admitted to their fault and apologized. This was my first and last time in this establishment. They are very unprofessional and liars at that. Stay away from this nail salon! read more

We were seeing what the new nail salon was and were pretty stuck on what we had been to. But this place was really good first we got our nails done they did them perfectlyt! I like them really thin and short and usually none of the salons I go to can do it but I was really shocked. The second time we got our toes done I wasn't the happiest because they music and stuff they were playing on the T.V. was not the best I didn't like my 12 year old daughter hearing and seeing that. I went last Saturday for the first time without appointment. I was sent to a lady that By my impression was running the place cause she was continuously stopping and getting up to assign clients to other techs omg that was annoying because she wasn't paying attention to me at all. I desired to go for nexgen and she made them so thick that they feel uncomfortable. Also they were sticked to the sides of my skin. I asked her to fix it and she said it was ok and put some oil around my finger then she sent me to a pedicure chair and I waited for another 20 minutes just seating there for someone to attend me. The other lady was ok until she started to exfoliate my feet so hard that it was painful. At the end I went to pay they didn't accept tips on the card so I paid for my service and live and never go back read more

I Went Back To Get What Was Desired And A Nail Repair because 4 Of My Nails Had Broken Off WithIn 2 Days Of My Visit. As I Paid Closer Attention...The Acrylic Was Bendable After Application. I Spent In Total About 87 Dollars But Was Never Satisfied With The Work...Until I Met "WEI"! Thank You But I Will Not Return. This was my first time there and the experience was a nightmare. I was a assigned Cindy for my manicure and pedicure. She seemed to be in a rush and very aggressive. For my next Gen service I had to tell her that I didn't want too much product on my nails. She kept yanking on my hands and it was painful when she was filing my nails. I had to tell her serval times that she was hurting me. After she put on the top coat she had me moved to another table to dry so that she could take another client. When she came back to me I asked her if she will clean up my nails because the next Gen product was all over my fingers. She tried to tell me that it was my dry skin. She put oil on my hands and the messy look went away. When I got home I washed my hands and could see the product all over my fingers. I had to clean it off by soaking my hands in water and lifting the product off with a pin. I was very upset because it wasn't cheap for the next Gen service. I will never go back there again. The lady doing my pedicure didn't know what she was doing and was still in training. The paint is very sloppy and she followed the guy next to her the whole time. I am totally okay with having someone new but there is no way that I should have paid full price for that. This is the second bad experience I've had here. I was staying in town for vacation with my family. I didn't have a chance to get my nails done before I went on vacation. The atmosphere was nice, and the people were nice. I had a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. It has now been 2 days since I got my gel manicure and they are already peeling. It is unfortunate because I always get my gel manicures and they ALWAYS last for 2 weeks, the minimum. I called and the manager won't do anything for me since I'm from out of town. He did tell me he would redo my nails but IM FROM OUT OF TOWN. I do not suggest going here unless you are local and have the time to go back and have your nails redone. Establishment is clean & pleasing to the eye. However, the staff have the personalities of a wet dish rag. Very unpleasant! They aren't up on the latest trends & only seem to want to push nexgen as it is the highest costing service they provide. They give horrible massages during the pedicure & my feet were left callused as it was more important to rush me out of the chair & move on to the next customer than it was to do a good job. Ive tried several times with different techs & the service is lack luster to say the least. They also charge more for basic services than other local salons. i live in orlando for school but whenever i'm home i come here. first 3 visits were all done by 3 different employees. my nails looked "okay" because i had to nit pick and be very specific of what i wanted. i had to basically tell the tech how to do a coffin shape, which was kind of annoying. i recently got my nails done by one of the male techs who i've had before. he ranted for 20 minutes about how my nail tech in orlando made my nails too thick( i had acrylic with gel polish). my nails were coffin and long like always. he insisted on trimming them despite me not wanting to and ended up cutting them way too short. i was just getting an acrylic fill and it took almost 2 hours. every time i have been there my fill has costed $20. i go up to the receptionist and she says i owe $33?? the tech charged me $10 to shape them and $3 to trim them which i did not even want. the salon itself is beautiful and brand new but it is clear to me that they are greedy and are upping prices to combat their loss of customers. he refused to fix my broken nail that i had super glued on after telling him, and just put more acrylic over it. if course the next day my nail popped off and every other nail had cracks in it. i've had acrylics for 6 years now consistently and have never experienced this. he used such little acrylic that the nails have all cracked and are missing pieces as they break off. it has been less than a week and the top coat has rubbed off as well. read more
