Have stopped in a couple of times while visiting East Lake this week. Every time the barista was very nice and welcoming as she prepared our drinks. The coffee was delicious. My wife had the almond croissant with here Americano which was awesome. The place is warm and cozy and a great way to start your day or just chill in the afternoon.

Coffee and food was very expensive and tasted only average. Barista was super moody and grumpy but who knows, he might have had a bad day. Saw a really cool dog named Otis, though. Made up for the rest.

Visited early on a Sunday morning and this shop was so cozy + the coffee was great. The barista was kind and the overall vibe of the cafe was very inviting. They have a decent amount of chairs/seating and a couch that was extra comfy to sit and read while I enjoyed my coffee. I think this would be a great spot to enjoy on a rainy day!

Good place for locals. Almond croissant taste good, cappuccino 7of 10, poor communication , cool cozy place for reading working

I was visiting a friend in Eastlake this weekend and stumbled upon this coffeeshop. It has such a cute vibe and seems like a perfect place to escape from the rain and catch up with friends. There was plenty of comfy seating available throughout. We ordered the hot vanilla latte with oat milk, the smores mocha latte, and the caramel latte and all were very solid. The barista on duty was really friendly as well and recommended us what to get. A day after we came back and I tried the matcha and it was also very good. They offer simple syrup by the utensil counter, so you can adjust your sweetness to your preferred level. The bathroom was very clean and overall this was an awesome coffeeshop. When I come back to Seattle I'll definitely be back!

A charming spot to escape Seattle's chilly weather. With countless coffee options in the city, this place was a delightful surprise. It offers a spacious setting with a sleek, urban vibe.

Not a bad afternoon coffee stop location. Random location, down the street from Eastlake Coffee, but still a very cute and trendy shop. Lots of plants and some indoor seating. Minimal pastry/food selection and the normal coffees offered, with a couple seasonal options. I got the maple cinnamon latte, iced and an almond croissant. The latte was fine, but wayyy too sweet. So I'd ask for half syrup next time. But let's talk price...SO EXPENSIVE. Holy crap. This "snack" was $15!!! A cute local coffee shop, and decent food/drink, but won't be returning simply because of the price :/

Coming from cali i'm super picky with my lattes, seattle just hasn't stood out to me so far. I got the iced vanilla latte and I really liked it, i usually go to the coffee shop on the other corner and though Armistice is more expensive it represents the quality as it tasted way better in my opinion. To eat I got a toasted ham and cheese croissant which was very flakey and good but EXTREMELY greasy. It had the crispy cheese pieces on the ends which was my favorite part but i probably wouldn't get it again. Although i'll definitely be back for another latte or to study as the ambiance in this place was extremely calm and beautiful.

Visited here on a sunny fall morning. A beautiful space to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee and pastry. My friend had a latte I had an americano. Both were made well. The service was friendly and fast. We had our choice of indoor or outdoor seating. I could see this place getting busy though during the work week. Overall, a nice little coffee spot.

This place also stays open much much later (4:00 am, every day) than the the cafeteria and the gift shop (which also sells some snacks and coffee)--- see the pic I posted for the updated hours since what was originally reported was way off. Due to that convenience, it also tends to have a line during the morning and early afternoon hours, and every time I've walked by. There is no seating area since it's a small shop but the UWMC has tables and chairs outside; just past the Cascade elevators. Today I stopped by at around 5:00 pm and luckily there was only one person in front of me. I bought a Smokey Chicken Bacon Melt (pre-packaged). It was very tasty and probably would've been even better if I toasted it, or at least heated it up. But I was too lazy. Although it was delicious, the size was certainly not worth about $7.50 (includes tax). Probably would only stop by here again if I actually want a coffee or don't have the time to go to the cafeteria for food.

Light was flooding every corner; that soft Seattle glow that makes you want to pull out your journal and pretend you live inside a cozy indie film. Ventilation was perfect. Temperature was perfect. Seating options? Abundant. And not the awkward wobbly kind either. This spot is built for lingering. I grabbed a latte, sat down, and immediately fell into an art journaling trance. There's something about being surrounded by curated shelves of books and cute little treasures that just unlocks your brain. It's the kind of place where you look up after ten minutes and somehow an hour passed. This was my first visit, but it's already on my list of "places I'll actually come back to and get work done." A rare category, honestly. If you're looking for a café that feels like a creative reset button; this is a great one.
