So thus after talking to him on the phone (Since Covid times we couldn't meet in person), all of our forms and paperwork were all done on line. It couldn't be any easier. My significant other and I originally went with a regional bank for our mortgage. I have to say, we didn't like it because of the amount of paperwork involved but we did it because we had an checking account there. So when we had to refi the first time, it was a lot of work. So much so, I was almost afraid to refi again. That is, until we did it with JMA. It was easy. Stupid easy. There were forms you needed to upload and depending on how fast you want to close, you'll need them done by a certain time. Since everything was done on-line and you have Jason guiding you through, the process couldn't be any easier. Also, we had questions on the weekend because my personal work schedule isn't like anyone elses. Of course, Jason will reply even during weekends. Super impressive with his professionalism and knowledge. The only time we had to do a face to face during this process was with a notary. We did a outdoor meet and even that took no more than 40 minutes with all the paperwork. The first time we did our mortgage, our paperwork alone took 2 and a half hours. I sh*t you not! Now, we have auto-payment set up and in 15 years, we will have this place paid off! Definitely cannot wait until then but for now, I would suggest you go with JMA for all of your mortgage needs.

Dino's charged me $114.70 for a $14.70 order. I gave Logix the itemized receipt showing the correct amount. Dino's never provided an itemized receipt showing that I bought anything worth $114.70, and Logix never explained why the extra $100 was considered valid. I reported the charge immediately after the purchase in December 2025. Months later, Logix still had not made any real effort to resolve it. Instead, they sent me the same irrelevant paperwork twice and encouraged me to handle the problem myself by confronting the owner of Dino's, even though I had already explained that the merchant refused to take responsibility. I was then warned that I could be charged up to $500 if I continued disputing the charge. I eventually closed the claim because the time and effort I had already spent trying to recover $100 had far exceeded the value of the money itself. That does not mean the dispute was properly resolved. It means Logix made continuing it no longer worth my time. Your response takes no responsibility for any of this. It simply says you are sorry I feel disappointed. That is not accountability. It is public-relations language designed to make Logix look responsive without addressing the actual complaint. I have now closed my Logix account and am happily banking elsewhere.
