First I have to say, I've had a nightmare experience in the past, at a place that will remain nameless (for now), where my diamonds were switched for fake stones, literally worst case scenario when you leave your ring behind for repairs. So, needless to say, I was scared to say the least! Henry's had wonderful reviews and even the one bad review I saw had a thoughtful and polite response from the owner. So, I had a good feeling. Upon being buzzed in, I was greeted by who I think was the (or one of the) owners who immediately smiled, noticed my hand wrapped up and said how sorry he was for the pain I was in...super friendly! I told him about my nightmare experience, he was shocked and promised only the best service. He looked at my ring very thoroughly through the loop to be sure my prongs were in tact and promised my ring would be ready by Monday. This was perfectly reasonable given that this was Friday around 2-3pm. I was pleasantly surprised when just a few hours later I received a text letting me know my ring was done. Also, the employees aren't super helpful or knowledgeable about the product that they have in stock. When I initially came here a few times I would say that the employees were fairly, responsive and customer service focused however I would not say that that is the same case anymore. Customer service has gone down and so is the current collection the new balance offers. They also pretty much charged the same price if not more despite the prior models that are offered at this location. There are barely any sales anymore as well, so there really isn't any value here in terms of shopping besides trying out shoes that you could try out at another actual new balance location not this one.
