I showed up to a clean shop and was greeted right away. The guys took care to notate what we were installing and off they were to get the job done. After only a few hours I received a call that everything was done. When I showed up, they had my Jeep ready and walked me through the install. Everything looked great! I can highly recommend Oakley for any of your off-road needs. They had some pretty cool projects happening in their shop. Oakley installed a new front grill with built in LEDs, new wheel-well liners and a new air-intake system. I could not be happier with the work they performed.

With…read morean extremely extensive project totally overhauling my 4runner I had to get it right; find a boutique shop focusing on quality over quantity, a primary point of contact that is detail oriented and responsive, and a team that's willing to get creative while doing excellent quality work. I got all that at Oakley with Scott running point on the project, helping select vendors and run all the vendor management AND responding to me anytime while I'm like a five year old on Christmas Eve. Scott just made the whole thing as easy as it could be. Riley and Keith in the shop were amazing too. When the awning we ordered didn't fit perfectly to the roof rack we ended up going with? They built a custom mount that looks better than the original (and there are a dozen examples like that). Possibly the second best part after getting the sickest off-road zombie killer of all time? The billing process was clear and fair. Had an issue with two of the vendors (out of 12+) and Scott handled it on my behalf making sure I paid only what I should. Like I said, don't write reviews often but this process with Oakley was a PLEASANT surprise at every turn.... And when you're spending hard earned money that's how it should be, just isn't very often. If you are thinking of a project small or large I can't recommend the shop or the staff more highly.

We stopped in last week to get an estimate for repairing our vehicle after we rear-ended another…read morecar, causing a few thousand dollars damage to the other car and resulting in bumper scratches and apparent asymmetry around the headlight on ours. Manager Danny evaluated our car and noted the scratches were minor, but would be expensive to repair and, just using his fist on the plastic part of the bumper, completely fixed the asymmetry around the headlight - after that, even a with a close look at the front end, the damage was virtually invisible. He also carefully inspected under the hood and front end with a flashlight and said he could not see any evidence of structural damage - bottom line: due to the damage to the other car, we were expecting and ready for a big bill to fix ours - Danny not only fixed the most visible result of the accident for no charge, he talked us out of doing more repairs and saved us a bundle. That is integrity! If we ever have another need (hopefully not), this will be our "go to" shop and we'll ask for Danny!
