I called at about 930am on the day of service to confirm the appointment, and the appointment was confirmed again at that time. I was told that I would get a call when the technician was on the way. Later that day after no call from Orkin and no pest control services, I called Orkin again and was told that my appointment was not communicated to the local office - with no apology. The next day (Wednesday) after no return call from a manager, I received a text stating that my service was now scheduled on Friday - in two days. So I called Orkin again to discuss the fact that nobody had returned my call and that the Friday appointment was scheduled without anyone talking to me. On this call I asked that a manager call me before the service technician arrived on Friday. But nobody from Orkin returned my call. The service technician who performed the service on Friday was very nice, and when I told him my story, he called the Orkin phone number. We talked to another Orkin rep who told me that if a manager didn't call me back today I should escalate my concerns. Nobody from Orkin called back, so I called Orkin again. After talking to someone, they told me I needed to talk to the branch manager. I waited on hold while that person attempted to connect me with the branch manager. After waiting for ten minutes, I was connected to voicemail. I was not going to give up, so I called Orkin again, and once again, I'm waiting on a call from a higher up. We will see if I get a call, Orkin is a pest! Don't let this pest invade your home if they even show up. - -

I had them come out to be proactive and hopefully prevent or have less of an issue when spring came around. I had a second spray done late Feb. Ive met 3 of their technicians. All friend. All helpful and knowledgeable. They explain things, they offer tips, answer questions. One of my outside walls, there is a little hole where the wall meets the patio. the other day i noticed an ant go into it. I've been meaning to call Arrow. I've just been busy. Today, one of their trucks was in my neighbor's driveway. I asked if he could come over and take a look when he was done. What i expected, was that he's look and then we'd set up an appointment. Nope. explained that i had carpenter ants and treated it right then and there. It makes sense, since he was already here, but... maybe he had to rush to the next appointment. He still gave me the time, explained the situation, and had the attitude of we're going to do everything we can. If they've built a seriuos nest in the wall, it might come down to removing the outside wall. That not anything they can do. But, about 10 min after he treated and left. They were definitely stirred up. It allowed me to see 2 other entry locations. Hes going to be back tomorrow to treat the other locations. Thanks guys

Called at 10am. Called corporate at 11am, they said give him an hour. Nothing. So now this poor creature has been trapped since Tuesday, today is Thursday. They are at my home for a total of 2 minutes. I don't have a large yard, but I see other providers in the area spending 5-10 minutes at each home. I have a Ring camera so I know that they only spray half my yard. I had to baby sit them via my Ring cameras because I noticed I was still getting weeds in areas. I don't want to babysit someone for a service I pay for. It isn't worth it. It is way too much trouble.
