Been with Arrow for 8 years and for the first 5 my yard was beautiful , then years 6,7 and 8 it turned to SH*T! I pay for their premium service ( all Florida , warm weather weeds) and get minimal result! I feel like I'm paying them to import weeds to the yard as I now have more than ever! I have their representatives come look at it, make promises and then never deliver! I call the office and never get return calls! I'm not satisfied and as soon as I can find another lawn service, I am through with Arrow and will never recommend!!!! read more

I signed on to write a review. I did one on Google. I noticed the ones on here are older. I did see one bad review from 2022. I moved to FL last Oct. I had them come out to be proactive and hopefully prevent or have less of an issue when spring came around. I had a second spray done late Feb. Ive met 3 of their technicians. All friend. All helpful and knowledgeable. They explain things, they offer tips, answer questions. One of my outside walls, there is a little hole where the wall meets the patio. the other day i noticed an ant go into it. I've been meaning to call Arrow. I've just been busy. Today, one of their trucks was in my neighbor's driveway. I asked if he could come over and take a look when he was done. What i expected, was that he's look and then we'd set up an appointment. Nope. explained that i had carpenter ants and treated it right then and there. It makes sense, since he was already here, but... maybe he had to rush to the next appointment. He still gave me the time, explained the situation, and had the attitude of we're going to do everything we can. If they've built a seriuos nest in the wall, it might come down to removing the outside wall. That not anything they can do. But, about 10 min after he treated and left. They were definitely stirred up. It allowed me to see 2 other entry locations. Hes going to be back tomorrow to treat the other locations. Thanks guys read more

All these positive reviews are nice. We had a way different experience. Our lawn was in good shape I am injured so we had a year contract to spray our lawn for bugs, weeds, evasive grass and to make are lawn look good. In 1 year are lawn looks so bad we aren't sure we can turn it around. I had to tell the guy who came out here who was here maybe 6 minutes a visit not knowing I was home I had to finally ask are you going to take care of all these issues? OH I will set up a separate visit that never happened, so the problems got worse and worse. If you come to take care of a lawn you would think you would spray as you see the problem this is Florida heat and bugs are bad, but come back in a month or not at all causes a bad looking lawn. So instead of our nice Bermuda grass we now have dead spots from fungus, torpedo grass over 40 % and centipede mixed in the rest I had to start to spray for it myself tell contact was over . If I also had a rat problem not sure they would have helped with that, not recommend at all. read more

Haven't had any issues with my yard since starting with arrow pest service. Plus affordable rates that seem to beat all competition.

I hired Arrow to treat my lawn in February. It started looking better in May. In June the grass started dying and by July large areas of my lawn were dead. Now 3/4 of my grass is dead and the small amount still living is yellow and dying. They supposedly took soil tests however the manager that met with me this week didn't even bother to review the results. He was supposed to send me the results, however 5 days later I still haven't received them. Arrow is the WORST lawn service I have ever used and I certainly wouldn't recommend them. read more

Be careful when you contact Arrow for lawn care. Mac will sell you the world but not deliver without additional cost. I started with a contract to do total lawn care with the shrubs included but insisted on having an exit clause at no additional cost added in case I was not satisfied. 5 months later I can tell you that not satisfied would be an understatement. I went from a green bermuda grass yard to a completely brown dead lawn. Watering schedule didn't change and in fact we are having a very wet summer. The only thing that changed was adding Arrow to maintain my lawn fertilization and pest control. I now have a dead lawn except for the torpedo grass that was added free of charge by Arrow (and they want an additional $75 to treat that with marginal expectations to kill it). Now, add in two conversations with Mac (the owner) that were completely counterproductive and I have had enough. Ironically after the first conversation with Mac where I voiced my displeasure that they want extra money to treat everything that showed up in my yard I start to see my grass browning. 60 days and two lawn care visits later I am being told that I am not watering my yard enough. So, in their eyes it's my fault that my grass is dead. And I remind you that my sprinkler system ran on a regular basis and we have had daily rain all summer long...... So all of that to say IF you want them in your yard be sure to get in writing that you can cancel their service without additional cost to you or you'll be sorry. read more
