She was trying the 800# that was pushing her to contact a local agent and they were all closed. She had moved but her previous local agent was Paula. She got in contact with Paula and despite the office being closed on Saturday, Paula got her insurance in place got her a binder and ID card so she could drive her car home. Amazing act of kindness and customer service you only get with someone like Paula Faivre, Superstar Agent.

They dont seem to be genuine agents. The agent was polite and gave me a good quote (though as is…read moreexpected, kept trying to push for coverages I did not need) but ONE MONTH after paying in full for 6 months for the car insurance and getting a receipt for it and being assured that i will get my final insurance card in the mail, I get a rude letter from State Farm that my insurance will be cancelled within 3 days of receipt of the letter giving no valid reason whatsoever. When I call the agent, he is clueless too - he assures he will to the bottom of it (wastes precious time as I inch towards being uninsured) but comes back with a higher quote. This agent does not seem to be genuine - why would they be clueless about the company's verdict then? Either that or they are purposely fradulent. Stay away!
