I tried to work with our insurance company only to find myself continually frustrated as to the outcome. When I contacted Bulava Builders they took over all negotiations with the insurance company. They came to a satisfactory payout result. Then they removed and replace the entire roof in less than one day. The payment checks came directly to me and Bulava Builders did not seek any payment until materials were delivered to the job site and the job started. It was then they asked for a 50% deposit and the remaining 50% when the job is completed. I could not be more satisfied and I highly recommend them to anyone who has similar issues.

My reason for the new roof was due to my aging roof and better insurance coverage. I was interested in a fortified roof and he walked me thru everything. He helped with the roof choice and I just love the results! The roof is now on house on and the whole process could have not been any better from start to finish! His entire operation is a well run machine and the final result is above and beyond anything I could have expected. I used Grand Rising recently for a pretty decent sized drywall job. I had them remove a large…read moredividing wall separating two small warehouses and then to make the unfinished sheetrock remaining in the warehouse look presentable. After making some repairs to the taping and floating they applied texture and properly primed and painted with two coats of latex paint. The final product is something that looks as good as the walls in my home. The job was finished ahead of schedule at the agreed upon price, which was very fair. I asked for a little extra cleanup and they happily obliged. I have a couple of other projects in the same space coming up and will definitely get a proposal from them.

At first treatment pass over by Billiot, it seemed things were okay until we started seeing a spider here, and a roach there. Living in the south, you expect it once in a while, but you don't want it all up in your home! Billiot sends out surveys for once it's been a couple weeks after service. I wasn't initially going to mention the bugs still being alive because I knew had had to have brought some with us in moving boxes, but since they sent a survey I thought I'd throw it in there. WHOA DID THEY GET ON IT! They sent a person out same day to make it better. It happened to be the same guy, who is ALWAYS pleasant and INCREDIBLY professional and wonderful! His name is EJ, get him to do your treatment if possible!!! After he did his second treatment we have not seen a living insect again! Life is good without the worry of bugs!

They were punctual and - if you can believe it - cheerful! Daniel was actually singing carols as they worked! I have a clogged over flow line that leaves out of my septic tank. Brook's Plumbing came out and…read moreran a snake down both ways in the piping and attempted to flush out the line with a bladder. All in all about an hour and a half worth of work and came to the conclusion that the line may be collapsed. I accepted the defeat, hoping it was an easy fix. So with that said I asked what do I owe them for the work they did and it came out to $650. To run a snake up the pipe and utilize the bladder and very little hand digging $650 and the issue was never resolve. And then got offered that they will come out with a mini trackhoe to dig and fix the issue for $1800 pulse cost of materials. I will never again hire a plumber, I might even quit my job as a natural gas pipeliner and start work as a plumber. I feel so cheated out of $650 for nothing really. I Couldn't in my right mind charge somebody full price for that little work and not fixing the issue. Sure make a few bucks coming out to the site and attempting to fix it. But $650??? And septic system is still messed up.... Never again Brooks plumbing.
