After some back and forth and with some help from a neighbor it was determined that battery was not the problem. I contacted a couple local shops and finally the dealership's service department and made an appointment. They recommended Hubies for towing and I have to say, from the first to that last conversation with Hubie it was an extreme pleasure working with him. Hubie was planning to meet my daughter at her apartment to pick up the car. She was en route to her place via a Lime scooter when the battery died and it became apparent she was going to be late. She called Hubie apologetic and said she was on her way but would be late. He literally came and picked her up in the world's biggest Uber vehicle. Hubie and I had spoken about the symptoms of the car and I told him I thought it was battery related. When he got to her car he did a quick look and he also suspected it was battery related. Needless to say he got the car running and my (very reasonable) quote for towing was cut by more than half for a service call. All that is beyond incredible service, but he didn't stop there. He knew the battery may have a bad cell in it and it might be dead in the morning. He found a nearby AutoZone, called and confirmed they had her battery in stock and could install it that evening and then followed her there to ensure she made it safe. All the while keeping Dad in Idaho informed. I told him that I could not thank him enough for his help and kindness and he said "Hey man, I have daughters of my own, I'm glad I could help".
