Well to no surprise 2 days before the wedding I got a text that it was not going to arrive in time. 5 months later, it still hasn't arrived which I'm sure means they never put the order it. If you are expecting to look good for your big day (or someone else's) then look elsewhere unless you are a gambling man.

(Ignoring the second dress that is now too small) I paid $245 for clear, cheap buttons on my wedding dress bustle (which ended up being uneven and still dragging on one side). I was unaware these are apparently the buttons she uses on ALL wedding gown bustles, regardless of style or color. Upon calling her, the owner argued with me, refused any refund, and said it was unfair of me to go elsewhere without letting her replace them with the same plastic buttons, but black. It would have been a different story if she did not yell at me over the phone when I only requested a PARTIAL refund or matching buttons to be used. I will not be going back, especially due to the owner refusing to take responsibility and blaming me for going elsewhere.

A customer that returns over the years would spend as much as a cancer patient with insurance but I will never return. So if you don't have cancer insurance you will get better service at Macy's.

If I didn't know better I would have thought he was a foot doctor himself. He knew about the inflamed tendon in my foot and suggested physical therapy. He tried 3 different pairs of sneakers and 2 different insoles , he then trimmed the insole to fit the shoes and they were perfect. I would recommend this Fleet Feet location Excellent Job!!!!
