I googled shoe stores upon arrival to the hotel and found this gem! I will start by saying I entered the store fully knowing they closed in 30 minutes. I was welcomed like I was family. I never once felt rushed. The salesperson started a conversation with me and I informed him of needing some dressier shoes for the reasons listed above. He immediately suggested something in the clearance section seeing I needed a quick solution. I thought this was really considerate. He could've easily tried to take advantage of a situation. I ended up trying something regularly priced because I liked the brand and they looked comfortable. And they were. I bought them and am very happy with my purchase. I'll be back in the area in a few weeks. I intend to stop in again.

I like that they have a lot of name brand clothing at a much lower price. It's also fun because it's always changing so you want to keep checking in. The staff seems to really enjoy working here and they are friendly and helpful. You cannot try clothes on at this time because of covid but you can return what doesn't fit. I found a pair of crocs here for my daughter at about half the normal price. My mom got a great pair of hiking shoes. I found a pair of sandals and some lotion. We will definitely be going back!

Two young employees in the shoe department were focused on restocking; after fifteen minutes of waiting, I asked one of them for assistance. (I also heard on one of their radios that someone was waiting for assistance in the shoe department. That'd be me - the only customer in the shoe department.) The two young employees avoided eye contact and the one I asked for help from told me the other employee would help me - I waited another ten minutes and neither stopped restocking to help me. I felt invisible, and angry, that I even bothered driving the 30 minutes it took to get here. I was planning on buying at least two expensive pairs of shoes for the upcoming school year - but alas, I'll be looking elsewhere. Not sure if the pressure to restock is so great from higher-ups or if the two young workers were simply avoiding working with customers. Either way, I will NEVER be back in this Dick's as there is clearly something wrong in this location. Looking at the other Yelp reviews, I'm not the only one with a bad shoe department experience. What a shame.

Well, the crank broke and the hoops stayed at 6 1/2 feet.. I went to Dicks and Andrew was so helpful. He not only made phone calls for me but he also sent emails and CC me so I could see the communication. Long story, short version is I received my replacement crank and fixed the hoop. I was one of the first 100 customers in the door at the special 8am opening time and was given a mystery gift card, which was found to be valued at $10. There was plenty of staff here willing to assist customers. Dick's sent me a $10 off $25 purchase coupon in the mail for the new Manchester, NH Dick's Sporting Goods, which I definitely will be using to buy my next pair of sneakers. The regular prices are slightly higher than other discount retailers and the sale prices here and online are very competitive. Dick's also offers very good coupons via Sunday flyers and mailings  The Dick's Scorecard (loyalty program) allows you to earn points for reward certificates with each purchase.  Over the years, I have purchased many items from Dick's such as sneakers, boots, footballs, jerseys, lids, coats, ski goggles, hockey pucks, gloves, and camping supplies.
