I wanted to amend a Schedule E Form due to an error I made…read more When I went request Vik to make the corrections he stated sarcastically, "What do you want me to do, do something illegal?" I was surprised and offended by the comment. I answered, "Of course not.!" I left disappointed due to his unprofessional accusation. I actually had a legitimate error I made and simply wanted to correct it. I later emailed him informing him I have accurate valuations with my bank statement to make the correction. Two weeks passed and I didn't hear from him. I end up going to a different, super wonderful and patient tax consultant. He amended the schedule E Form for accuracy. I had to pay for the amendment but it was worth it to do the forms accurately.

The certification form was perfectly fine and the same template has since been notarized by two other notaries. If you can't trust a business for something as simple as notarizing a document, I definitely wouldn't do anything more complicated. Even if there was something wrong with the certification form, printing out another one or grabbing a preprinted copy for $15 is a total scam. Updating to 3 stars for the owner responding quickly and being available on the weekend.
