I drove here from Loomis, based on their positive yelp reviews. Was not disappointed. Shyloh took care of me and was so patient and helpful. I'm a busy mom, and school volunteer. We've been working on a project for several years, and I wanted a plaque to thank the couple who made the project happen. Shyloh made helpful suggestions and helped me find the perfect momento to honor this amazing couple. Sherry, the graphic designer was very helpful too. Because they do the work in house, they're able to turn it around quickly, sometimes within a few days. They pretty much have everything for the perfect gift-- picture frames, keychains, mugs, vases... and of course awards, plaques, etc. We ordered several plaques and memory sticks engraved w/ our event and occasion. Prices are reasonable, especially considering the amazing customer service and availability. I probably called them a dozen times to change things or ask questions, and they were so helpful and patient. Could not be happier with the finished product. The pictures don't do it justice, but it's solid wood, with a piano finish (shiny). LOVE that it's made in the USA too, and in house, not sent away to some factory. I rarely give 5 star reviews, but this is a place I would go out of my way to drive, to find the perfect gift to thank a loved one or organization. Arnold's is the ONLY place I would go to get awards and plaques made. They have helped me make sure the receiver of the awards are not aware of them (because the receiver is often getting his own items through Arnolds) and have been very creative in their/our sneakiness. I have used Arnolds for many years for awards for our local schools, Cub Scouts, local events, etc. Every time I am tempted to order awards online, I am reminded through the ordering process that the cost online is almost never cheaper (after fees and shipping), you have no idea what the quality will be like, and the customer service from online vendors is...well, distant. Confession time... I did buy some awards last summer from a vendor out of Texas. When the trophies arrived broken with no time to spare, guess who gladly fixed them with a smile... you guessed it, Arnolds--forever earning my business. At Arnolds they ALWAYS walk me patiently though my orders, they provide limitless customization, and timely completion. If there is a problem (rarely) they fix it on the spot... can't do that online! Arnolds has made plaques for my small organization for years, and they are always lovely with perfect spelling and layout.
