His character is poor and he could never ever still be sober because in sobriety you have to make amends for wrongs you do to others so I'm guessing he's still running an insurance less crack house poorly and calling it a garage... Don't go there for anything, they're not even good at fixing cars, outside the wreck I had to pay Honda to redo the work I paid them to do... I hope the feds raid him and charge him with tax crimes so he loses his business license... Because let's be realistic ppl who don't pay damages or have insurance for sure have questionable business ethics with how they run everything else.... I'm pretty sure nobody there's even certified...

I rented a 5' x 8' enclosed trailer from the cap stop in North Canton, OH. After picking the…read moretrailer up, I noticed it was towing very rough. I pulled over to inspect it further and saw a completely worn tire with a ridge in it. I immediately called them back and asked for a new tire. I was told I needed to go through their roadside assistance team to get a replacement. After numerous phone calls a service provider came out but didn't have the correct replacement tire even after I sent him a picture and the specs of the tire. I waited another 2 hours for a different provider to come and change the defective tire. The roadside provider advised me not to rent from the smaller uhaul companies like this as they don't routinely perform proper inspections of their equipment. My trip was delayed for over three hours and even more concerning, my family and myself were put at risk. Upon returning the trailer, I asked if the rentals were inspected before they were rented out. I was initially told yes, but after requesting the documentation, I was told there was none and the only inspection is a kick of the tires to make sure they have air in them. The guy I rented it from, Larry D., also refused to refund any of the rental or give me the contact information for his supervisor or the corporate office.

At a 60K mile check-up, they replaced my car's manual…read moretransmission oil without asking me (I had a specific list of things that I gave them to be done, which did not include replacing the transmission oil, and they had assured me that they would call me if they wanted to do anything else, but they didn't do this). So, I had not asked them to replace the transmission oil (and, according to the manufacture's schedule, it did not have to be done), furthermore, they knowingly replaced the transmission oil with the wrong weight oil (and a type with additives that would actually cause corrosive damage to the transmission, too), because "they thought it wouldn't matter," but the car shifted horribly after that. I asked them to replace the transmission oil with the right kind and they got a kind that was closer to the right weight, but still not the weight the manufacture called for and then they insufficiently drained the oil from the car--the car still shifted horribly after it. So, I asked them to replace the transmission oil again (for the THIRD time) with exactly what the manufacture called for, and they did that (though I had to go and pick up the transmission oil for them myself). My car shifts easier now, but not as well as it did before they serviced it--when shifting, it grinds a little when going into some gears and it still feels a lot rougher shifting, which makes me sad. I wish I had never taken my car to them and I will never go back to them.

Purchased a Kia from Tony at Main Street Motors for my father. After about 8 months a problem…read moredeveloped that was catastrophic to the engine. Main Street Motors had no liability in this situation. I took the car to Kia in Alliance and they wanted to replace the motor for $12,600 and charged us over $900 dollars just to say it was bad. I brought this problem to Tony the owner of Main Street Motors and he asked me to let him pick the car up and see what the real issue was. Keep in mind that this is not his problem, it was a very weird situation with this car and Tony stepped up and towed the car to his shop and dug in. He had no reason to help my dad, who is 88 years old, but he did. Tony's shop found that the dealer was lazy and now the car is fixed, for much less than they were asking. The car business has such a bad reputation, Main Street Motors is not part of the problem. If you are looking at an automobile I can't recommend this dealership enough. Quality of cars combined with high character ownership makes this a no brainer to buy a car from them. I have to buy my 16 year old son a car, and I will be buying from Tony at Main Street Motors. Issue did not get fixed and was given back with same issues,; they took it back to be remedied again. And within 3 weeks the engine oil was black and basically non-existent. Had it changed, and now the dashboard is like a Christmas tree and there are metal shavings in the oil. Not to mention, sold a vehicle in winter with bald tires. If you're looking for a vehicle, I'd look elsewhere.
