There were several preventable delays because of their lack of communication, mismanagement and sloppy work. I had to constantly follow up after being ghosted off and on or being told things would happen but didn't. They're more concerned with getting new customers than completing their existing jobs with customers who have already paid their deposit. Look up the customer complaint on them on the BBB website - similar thing happened to me except I was in too deep to get my deposit back and the permit was in progress. Overall they did ok and finally finished the job with no sense of urgency. Final straw was after all the delays and rework, our inspection didn't pass the first time and they had to come back to fix the overlooked issues. Waste of time. Then waited another week after passing inspection for someone to come and install the remaining lights. As another reviewer mentioned, you'll also need to clean up the styrofoam beads and metal shards left behind. I do not recommend them.
