I only went in for a little bit(less than 8 minutes coz Hubby is hurrying me up. The staff are so friendly & helpful I saw sapodilla, mangoes, jujube, guavas, papayas, tamarind, and of course , mangoes right at the entrance. The prices are $$$ but what did you expect? It's not easy or quick to grow these amazing plants, trees-- otherwise we would all be doing it. I would love to visit when Hubby isn't hurrying me up

I worked with them to get several dozen succulents for a baby shower and it was really easy to plan ahead of time. They've always been friendly. They have a good variety of succulents. Not long after planting, the tree didn't seem to be developing properly, so I stopped by looking for advice. The experience was disappointing. The employee helping me appeared visibly intoxicated in the middle of the day (someone I believe is connected to ownership, as I had met him during the purchase). He was unhelpful and dismissive, so I left without any real guidance. I continued trying to care for the tree, but within two months it died. When I returned to ask whether there was any warranty, replacement option, or even assistance toward purchasing a new tree, I was met by a rude employee who immediately became defensive, repeatedly emphasizing that they are a "family-owned business" while offering zero accountability or solutions. Instead, I was blamed for the tree dying, despite the fact that I had already come in previously asking for help. For a business that sells and installs expensive trees, I expected at least some level of customer service, support, or professionalism. Instead, I got poor advice, no accountability, and an overall hostile experience. I'll be taking my business elsewhere and would recommend others do the same. Update: After digging up the dead tree, it was obvious why it failed. The root ball was extremely tight and root-bound, likely from sitting too long in the nursery box. It only had two mature roots supporting it, and both had been cut during removal and installation. They also didn't use fresh soil when planting it, which gave it little chance to establish. I went to another family-owned nursery afterward, and the difference was clear--they stood behind their product and offered a one-year warranty.

It's a wholesale business so the lady who helped us Yesenia at first tried to let us know that. But the magic words were we were sent here by David from Cerritos. After noodling around the store for other cool stuff, I get this "Hey!" and low and behold he found 2 Cousin It plants for me! I was surprised and happy he found them! Bonsai sizes ranged from small starter "DIY" trees to large ornamental trees. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Bonsai tends to be on the expensive side, but I feel that everything there was reasonable, given that caveat. What I liked was that they offer a full range of services, including repotting or trimming/sculpting your own tree. Looking for Bonzai, don't skip this location

She told me double red line Akadama is no longer in production due to mine issues in Japan. Also, she told me green king fertilizer is no longer approved by the FDA and they were purchased and changed to Biogold (which she (not) surprisingly had in stock). A quick google search will tell you both are still in production and being sold in the US. Buyer beware.

This place is filled with plants and trees of all sizes. We came in looking for a tree and left with 18 plants and a free bag of compost. The man who works there was extremely helpful and knows his stuff. They only take cash, but there's a 7Eleven across the street with an ATM. The prices were pretty average and we still have tons of other things to get. They also deliver for large orders and larger trees! Come with an open mind because you will surely get plant/tree overload coming here!
