I have reviewed this salon twice before about 3 years ago... their quality is unchanged. The technicians are so kind and meticulous about their work. This is a powder gel, I am very satisfied with the shape and color... and Erica didn't use the buffer machine (which makes my nails weak) she did it all by hand! I am very impressed. Thanks Erica!!!! I recommend making an appointment because they are following covid precautions (YAY) which limits the amount of people they can service at a time. Aroma is practicing social distancing, taking temperatures, enforcing mask wearing, and requiring all customers to wash their hands upon entry. Overall would recommend to anyone. I'll be back! Thank you!!!

A week later the nail popped right off. How? I grabbed a Teddy bear off the floor.

I've been coming here on and off for yearsss! Theor pedicures are amazing and I still.come back for them. Maybel does such a wonderful job. I stopped going here for my acrylics because they never turned out.how I liked them. However, I came here for a new set since it's been years since I got acrylics here and I was hoping I would like them. NOPE. ANNIE is terrible. She didn't cover my whole nail with the acrylic and kept leaving gaps in the acrylic. I had to guide her and she still left gaps. I told her water is going to get under the acrylic and it's going to pop off in a week. She told me to stop that she knows what she's doing and how she's been doing nails for "years". I told her I have my Cosmo license and I've had acrylics since 2009. She laughs in my face brushes off my lumpy nails and tried to paint them. I stopped her showed Enoch my nails explained what was going on. Agreed with me 100% and sent me over to Shirley. She tried to fix what she could shape wise but couldn't do much since the shop was already closing. All in all I'm glad they tried to do right by me but for the love of your nails. Don't go to Annie.

    Loving my manicure by Joy!

I am so pleased with my experience here, I couldn't wait to write my review! I went in today for a no chip gel manicure and a regular pedicure. I wasn't sure what to expect because the reviews were mixed- but it's super close to my house, so I wanted to give them a chance. I'm so glad I did! Joy worked on my nails and did an awesome job. She took her time carefully taking off my previous gel manicure and was very precise. While she worked on my hands, Sandra came by and gave me a shoulder and neck massage. So. Good. After a long day of work, being pampered like this made me feel like a queen. I think the first 5 minutes are free, and then you can pay $10 for 10 minutes more. I'm not totally certain because there was a bit of a language barrier, but I didn't want her to stop so I just said yes to $10 more. Sandra was careful to clip up my hair and pull back my shirt as much as she could. She was awesome. Once my gel manicure was done, the next technician who would do my feet gave me a nice hand massage before whisking me away to the pedicure chair. Side note: Joy did amazing with my nails! I love them. While in the pedicure chair, you get another massage from the chair itself. I wish I caught the girl's name who did my pedicure- because she did an awesome job as well. My feet have never felt so smooth! Not even exaggerating. She did some kind of magic. And of course the paint job itself is perfect. Oh- but did I mention that they massage your feet with hot stones?! Yeah. Seriously- I was in massage heaven. While drying your nails- no joke- I think you get another massage. Sandra came over again and in my excitement to give her her tip, I think I turned down another 5 minutes. D'oh! In any event, the service was spectacular and I can't wait to be a repeat customer! Tip: If you are going to do a gel mani and regular pedi, ask to see the gel colors before you pick the color for your feet. I choose the regular color first and ended up with a color that doesn't match perfectly. It's no big deal to me, but I do wish they matched!

I was very satisfied with Aroma Nails! So wonderful & all encompassing... They know how to make you feel very satisfied. Give them a try!

You won't be disappointed. You're pampered from head to toe. Their pedicures are amazing... It includes long luxurious soaking of the feet in water that is enhanced with herbal essences then your feet are Very thoroughly scrubbed of all dead skin... More soaking & then the hot stone massages for the feet... Legs are wrapped & given massages. Your pedicure is thoroughly professional & beautiful! The manicure is just as relaxing because you also receive the most care not just for your hands but a complimentary neck & shoulder massage. Go there once & I guarantee you'll return again & again!

After a week of cleaning and washing dishes. My nails look like they were just done. I love this place. I found them via yelp and was a walk in on a Friday. I waited at the most 15 mins on a Friday after work for a regular pedicure and gel manicure and all turned out well. This is new my spot. Love it

I was told that the service would take about an hour but felt like I was there for nearly 2 hours. Was charged $80 not knowing that they would charge $10 to remove my regular gel polish until I was at checkout. I paid over $90 with tip included since the girl that did my nails was very nice and precise. A week later one of my builder gel cracked in the corner of my nail. I'm sorry to say that I don't think I'll be going there again. They require you to add your card on file in order to make appointments and hold a percentage of a deposit in order to keep your appointment . Mine was $28 to hold my appointment. They will charge you a fee of $2.99 to pay with your card for the rest of the money that is owed. They need to be transparent with new customers about what and how much they are charging them. You walk in there and there is no menu of how much services are but instead of how much you should tip for services. Unfortunately I don't think I'll be going back for several reasons which someone them is what I have mentioned.

I don't even know where to begin, so bear with me because this may be a long review…read more This has to be one of the most unsanitary and unprofessional nail salons I have ever visited. The cleanliness, customer service, and overall quality of work were completely unacceptable. I hadn't been here in a little over a year, but I decided to come back for a refill and a shape change from square to almond before my trip. The experience went downhill almost immediately. As soon as I sat down, I noticed that my nail technician's workstation had not been wiped down after the previous client. The technician next to him also began working on another client without cleaning or sanitizing his station. To make matters worse, my technician wiped his nose and never washed or sanitized his hands before touching mine. That alone made me question the salon's hygiene standards. He then began filing down my existing builder gel with the electric drill. He filed so aggressively around my cuticles that they became extremely thin, as shown in my photos. While some filing is expected during a refill, there was no care taken to protect the natural nail. The dust collector was another major concern. It was filthy, covered in old nail dust and hardened clumps of dried gel or polish. It looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned in quite some time. At that point, I honestly felt like I needed to wash my hands before the service had even finished. When it came time for my shape change, things only got worse. I even showed him reference photos of the almond shape I wanted, but he clipped my nails with no precision, care, or attention to symmetry. Multiple times, I could feel the nail clipper slipping between my natural nail and the builder gel, which was both painful and concerning. I kept trying to trust the process, but it became increasingly difficult. Afterward, he applied builder gel almost exclusively at the base of my nails, leaving the upper portion--which he had just filed down--thin and unprotected. He then instructed me to place my hand under the UV lamp. At that point, I stopped him. I asked if he planned to even out the builder gel across the entire nail because it was obvious that the product was concentrated only near the cuticle. He insisted that this was the correct technique for a refill. I've had fills done by many different technicians using different methods over the years, and I have never seen anyone leave the majority of the nail thin while building up only the base. It made absolutely no sense to me and seemed like it would make my nails much more likely to break before I even left for my trip. Rather than argue, I politely asked if someone else could finish my nails because it was clear we weren't on the same page. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he rolled his eyes and became visibly irritated. I then asked to speak with the manager. Unfortunately, the manager wasn't any better. Rather than addressing my concerns, she dismissed them and repeatedly insisted that this was simply how refills are done. I requested that they remove the product because I refused to cure my left hand under the UV lamp in that condition. In all my years of getting my nails done, I've experienced good salons, mediocre salons, and even disappointing salons--but I have never experienced anything like this. Between the poor sanitation, questionable techniques, dismissive customer service, and overall lack of professionalism, I will never return. If cleanliness, proper nail care, and professionalism are important to you, I strongly recommend choosing another salon.
