I made a noon appointment the day before , when they open, and rearranged my work schedule to be there. My appointment was for Demi & Icey. When I got there under 10 minutes late, they had given my appointment away without even calling me. I was around the corner. I waited, no one greeted me as usual. So I left. I called to find out what happened, no apologies, just a lie that the girl who soaks my nails was late, which is a silly made up story. The funnier thing was the woman often didn't respond to questions and tried to set up a new appointment. I would never trust their appointments. I am a good tipper and they just lost an established customer. There are plenty nail salons. read more

Hey Everyone, I wanted to let people know of the horrible experience my friend and I had at this establishment. If it is possible I would give them 0 stars. We had a 12:30 pedicure appointment. When we walked in, for our appointment, nobody even looked our way or acknowledged our presence. When 2 other people not of color walked in (not too long after us) they were instantly greeted and attended to while we were still waiting. The person who did my friend's pedicure was so rough and not pleasant. And then when it came time to pay I let the owner know politely and quietly that they were rude, she didn't even seem to care. I've been coming here since they opened and they were never like this. Honestly I don't know what happened but I'm never coming back and I also am never referring them to anyone again. I started coming here when they originally opened and recommended them to so many people because they are actually good, but horrible customer service is an absolute no from me. read more

So they always have availability which is great! However my nails have been struggling since going there. I don't think my nails do well with all the drilling, it depends on the person who is working on me that day but there doesn't seem to be a lot of care towards my nail vs getting the service over with. This place is awful.I did an acrylic set with gel and they charged me $85. My nails came out horrible. They're falling off two days later, and the shape is thick and chunky and all lopsided... I left there extremely pissed off at how horrible my nails look every single nail is a different shape and links and on top of it they had the audacity to tell me that if I wanted to do French, they were going to charge me an extra $15 on top of $30 for the French line. Absolutely horrific their prices are gouging. I would never go to this place again I'm extremely upset at not only the price, but the outcome of my nails I'd be OK Paying that price if my nails looked beautiful and lasted for three weeks like they should have but instead I left they're $100 less in my account and terrible nails. I do not recommend coming here unless you want to waste a couple hundred dollars on trash nails there is no hype just because this place looks fancy I promise you. read more

Saw this place for good reviews and decided to try it out. My manicure was done horribly. Actual polish job was done poorly. You can see the streaking and how it wasn't blended. She offered to fix but it was already almost two hours in and I couldn't stay anymore. They tried to over charge me. Be careful of when you go to pay. They are not upfront with their pricing. I told them I was paying cash and they gave me the credit price. When I told them again I was paying cash, she said that those were the prices. I told her to bring me the menu. She then switched her tune and finally did. She also overcharged my friend but she didn't pick up on it cause she had to leave. She knew my manicure was not don't properly either and didn't even offer a credit for that. Poor management and sneaky. I don't ever review but this rubbed me the wrong way. It's a shame because it's a nicely done place. Just beware of pricing. read more
