The owner, however, is unreasonable, refused to get back when I contacted with a scheduling problem, and I've actually heard her chastise and berate a client. It's always the clients fault. Now she says she's moved away, which is not the case. As a disabled veteran, wellness access and predictability matter to me. Instead of transparency or accommodation, I was met with silence and dismissal when I asked for clarification. No effort was made to work through the situation, respond meaningfully, or offer a fair resolution. This wasn't about special treatment - it was about basic communication, fairness, and respect.
