Great Products, Unfortunately a Very Disappointing Customer Service Experience My first experience with Aroma360 was actually very positive. After my initial Museum360 order was voided due to a fraud verification issue, Chanel Valme, a senior Training manager, personally contacted me and assisted me by placing a replacement order over the phone while honoring the Memorial Day sale pricing that I originally purchased the diffuser for. I truly appreciated her assistance and felt confident moving forward with the company. During our conversation, she also discussed the 500 mL oil subscription plan. At that time, I explained that I was not comfortable committing to a subscription until I had time to understand my actual monthly oil usage and determine whether a subscription would be necessary for my household. After deciding not to move forward with the subscription, communication became very difficult. My calls and emails requesting follow-up were not returned, and unfortunately that was when my experience with the company began to decline. I genuinely love Aroma360's products. The scents are luxurious, and my Museum360 diffuser works beautifully. Unfortunately, the biggest issue has been the lack of communication between the sales department, VIP department, and regular customer support. The Museum360 currently installed in my home still appears in my account as a voided order due to fraudulent activity, despite the fact that a replacement order was placed, the diffuser was delivered, and it has been installed and functioning in my home. Since then, I have purchased three 500 mL fragrance oils, and only the one I purchased directly through the website appears in my account. The other orders placed over the phone with sales representatives are not linked to my account, meaning I did not receive rewards points for those purchases and do not have an accurate purchase history available to me. I later learned that orders placed through the VIP/sales department may be handled through a different system than regular customer support. This created a very frustrating experience because every time I reached out for help, I had to explain the entire situation again, provide screenshots, order numbers, tracking information, and proof of previous conversations. The most frustrating part was that the same sales representatives who continuously contacted me to make additional purchases were unable to assist me with the problems involving my existing orders. I was promised multiple times that a manager would contact me with a resolution, but I never received any follow-up. My advice to future customers is to keep records of every interaction, including screenshots, order numbers, emails, and tracking information. I would also be cautious about placing orders over the phone unless you receive confirmation that they will be properly linked to your online account, as this may create difficulties later when seeking support or receiving rewards points. It is disappointing because I have invested a significant amount of money into Aroma360, including a Museum360 diffuser and multiple 500 mL fragrances. The products themselves are truly excellent, but a luxury brand should provide customer service and account management that reflects the quality and price of their products. Furthermore, I have been trying to cancel my services for the past week. I have written multiple letters requesting the cancellation of my services, but to no avail. It is evident that Aroma 360 does not take customer concerns seriously, as I am still waiting for a response. I find it incredibly frustrating that, after spending a significant amount of money on their products and services, I am now being completely ignored by their customer service team. I am thoroughly dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism, communication, and respect for their customers. Not only has Aroma 360 failed to deliver the products and services I paid for, but they have also made it virtually impossible for me to cancel my account. At this point, I feel scammed, as I have not received any of the products I was promised, and I am stuck in a service agreement that I am unable to terminate. What I received instead was a bottle that appeared to be 50 mL in size, but only contained 30 mL of actual liquid. When you pay for a specific quantity, you should receive exactly that--not a smaller amount in a larger bottle to give the illusion of full volume. When I reached out to their customer service team about the discrepancy, I was met with dismissive and unhelpful responses. I tried both in-person interactions and phone support, and both experiences left me feeling unheard and brushed aside. The representatives seemed more focused on defending their practices than actually addressing my concerns or offering any sort of solution. Each time I call, I'm bounced from one department to another, only to be told I must go into the store. Then when I visit in person, they tell me cancellations must be done over the phone. I strongly urge anyone considering this company to check out the numerous complaints about them on the Better Business Bureau website--you'll quickly see my experience is far from unique. If you are considering signing up for an Aroma360 subscription, I strongly recommend you reconsider. Between the misleading product sizing, lack of transparency, impossible cancellation process, and truly awful customer service, it's simply not worth the frustration. The 5 stars are for Johnathon, who helped me with a return. I am happy with him, but overall am not impressed with the website. Anytime I would log into the site I wasn't able to find my order numbers. I needed them in order to request a return. I then contacted the company saying I wanted to return something and they asked me for my order number, which I explained I could not see because it didn't show in my order history. Why wouldn't the company be able to do this, idk. But, each time I did log in, it showed no order history. I have 2 emails and tried both without success. It happened with my very first order, as well, which was under one email and I remembered that one. I was going to return my diffuser machine, but then decided to keep it after being sent some samples and picking a new scent. This went on for my whole shift! I was able to log in only to find that there was no order history and it said that I hadn't placed any orders. Again, to do a return, you need to fill out a form that asks for your order number, which you cannot get because according to Aroma 360, you've never placed an order and you therefore don't exist....very frustrating, imo. Then I would go to the chat area for help and the first time I did this, the turn-around time was 24 hours, but when you do finally hear back, they ask for your order number and you have to explain it all over again! You have to communicate via email and it takes awhile when you can't just sit there and wait for their reply. I liked that someone sent me samples and I really like the machine, but it's a little louder than I expected. I am also glad that the oils are non-toxic and are ok to use in my house with my pets! That is huge for me! I hope in time that the website improves, though. It took me 8 hours to finally get the ok to return something that was unopened and unused within the 30 day time-frame, so if all of those things are ok, it should not take that long to get an approval for a return. We have been looking for whole home scenting machines. For years, after traveling to vegas, we keep admiring on how some of the higher end resorts smells so good and how do they do it? Finding out that it's the scenting machines that's t installed to there HVAC system that made the entire palace smells so good. We started to look into this and and we came across several sites that Carry home scenting machines. Then we came across AROMA 360 on Google search. I made the call and went from there. Customer service is wonderfully helpful. They always call you back. I was connected to a sales rep, her name is Gracie. She answer all of my questions and concerns. I even had a chance to do a trial before you buy program which I think is awesome. Knowing nothing much about the products, this is a great opportunity for you to be convinced to make the purchase. As soon as you have it in your home for the very first day, I made the call and purchased. The installation is very straight forward and simple. It's so wonderful to come home to a scent of your choice. I'm glad that we made the decision on this purchase. Gracie has been a super rep.. Not only the unit itself which convinced me to make the purchase, it also has alot to do with the great personality from Gracie and how she handles my multiple calls anytime of the day. If she doesnt have the answer, she is on top of it to get me the help I need. We made the right choice, and it all came from Gracie to guide me to do so. If it wasn't for Gracie, with her great sale personality, I would of turn the other way and look else where. The diffuser looks great out of the box, steel box, very sturdy and looks modern. It's about 5 lbs and made from hard steel. The diffuser works as advertised with its adjustable time settings mist level (high 110% or low 10%), led screen(can set it to different times), and multiple timer setting (1,4,8) hours. The instructions are easy to follow and display actual product diffuser components. There is an essential oil tube that they provide and has a holder on the unit and aligns with the instructions. You just fill the dispenser with the oil of your choice, which I did. It seems to work magically as the scent disperses at the times you set. Only bad part that I see is that you can't see how much oil is left cause of the aluminum. Overall, it's a nice addition if it matches your house theme or decor. This essential oil diffuser is beyond my expectation. I was planning to purchase a MUJI essential oil diffuser and therefore read a lot comments by people who bought it. However, I found that some of them complaining of the short working hours (~ 4 hrs for the medium sized one), fragile, difficult to clean. This diffuser, in comparison, can work for 12 hrs with moderate mist, and quite silent (as I am very sensitive to noise during sleep). What is more, I can choose as much mist as I want and can also completely turn it off. Last but not least, the price is a little pricy but worth every penny!!! You will get compliments from everyone entering your home. Overall, I give this diffuse a five-star. You can't go wrong with the Van Gogh!!! My home is 2400 sqft and the whole house smells nice at 30% mist!!! Highly recommend, my wife loves it!!! read more
