I purchased a MAHL Diffuser from TJ MAXX not such a great store there was supposed to be an adapter in the box however, no adapter was in the box I tried several times to phone this company an NO ANSWERS the PHONE ...where there is a problem and they take your money everyone wants to be contacted by email...this is no way of servicing clients in the real world...they clearly announce the time they are open on their voicemail (EST) but they do not PICK UP the phone what kind of service is this not everyone wants to email people want to get results and service is this why they sell to TJ MAXX because they cannot service people the right way....get with it and answer the phone ...if you advertise you want to STRENGTHEN your BRAND then communicate in a professional way as a business not when clients phone your office and all calls are DROPPED and it goes into voicemail ....this is not servicing people... They may be called Aroma360 but the reality is more like a 180 - which is likely what you'll quickly experience with them. When you call to purchase something, the phone rings maybe once and you get someone. Emails are always responded to, often times same day. When (notice the use of "when" and not "if") you call for technical support, it will likely go to voicemail and good luck hearing back. Same thing with emails. The employee demeanors are also drastically different - sales is all chipper and upbeat. Support sounds like they want to slide a napkin with "help me" over to you. In a 3 year period, I've gone thru about 8 mini 360 diffusers. The motors die after a very short time. Also had issues with the motors emitting high-pitched sounds -- the motors seem to be the common denominator. The motors start out whisper quiet and get louder and louder over time until they stop working. Then you're stuck with a $200 dud that they don't stand behind and you're likely to replace it if you stocked up on the diffuser fragrances as well. They warranty these for 90 days - after that they'll offer you a replacement and 120ml fragrance for $149. Think about that - when was the last time you purchased something that didn't have a [standard] one year warranty against manufacturer defects? It's also interesting how differently they market these between the Aroma360 and Hotel Scents websites. Aroma360 (where all my purchases were) makes no mention of the motor having a lifespan - outside of recommending you not run it for more than 8 hours a day. Hotel Scents (same company by the way) all of a sudden the same product is advertised with a 3000 hour lifetime battery. If you ran this diffuser for the recommend 8 hours a day, that means you're paying $200 for a product that has an expected total lifespan of 375 days. This is EXTREMELY deceptive and if you stock up on the fragrances when they go on sale, like I did -- you're more likely to get into a viscous cycle of replacing these defective diffuser units to be able to use the fragrances. Take it from me -if you read nothing else: ****these diffuser are a money pit. I wouldn't buy anything electronic from them - reed diffusers or candles only. You have been warned. **** read more

Only way to speak to someone at this company is to pretend to be interested in buying more merchandise. I have requested scent samples on multiple occasions. You can only receive them if you make a purchase which I did. Scent samples never show up so you just end up buying anything. I have been waiting on a new order for over two weeks. I purchased a mini diffuser during the holiday sale. I also purchased several oils as well as signed up for the oil subscription. Initially, I was annoyed that my package didn't come with any instructions on how to set up or operate the diffuser. Luckily, a family member also purchased one that actually did come with instructions. We discovered while online that we needed to download an app Scent Area in order to set the diffuser to our desired scent strength and longevity etc. The app to set the diffuser is extremely antiquated. I have been trying for 3 days to reset my password. The app is supposed to send a code that never arrives. When the code finally comes through, you enter it and the screen "circles" without a resolution. I also had an issue with one of my subscription oils being ordered to the incorrect size. I sent maybe 4 emails as directed by the website without any response. I finally got ahold of someone in customer service that advised that I can exchange them in the office. We'll see how that goes.... So far the experience with Aroma 360 has been mixed. I love the scent and variety of oils to choose from. I always get compliments on how wonderful my house smells but I don't know if it's worth the hassle moving forward. You'd think for an "upscale" home/ business fragrance company, they'd offer a more up to date customer friendly app to manage their diffusers. Also, why offer email contact if their isn't a prompt response to the customer's inquiry? 4 emails is ridiculous. read more

Do NOT waste your money with this!!!After purchasing 3 candles and a few reed diffusers of my favorite hotel scents, the smell is soooo weak. I was extremely excited when I came across this site. We travel a lot and have stayed at some exclusive hotels that have their signature scents. After spending over $140 and burning candles, and opening the reed diffuser you can barely even smell it. I was excited by what I thought would be a great system for my home. Placed an order, but two weeks later, still have yet to receive and after contacting my sales representative, Gracie Delsing, a number of times with a number of issues, I received late responses (if I received a response at all), and was never given a solution but given many excuses along with completely unprofessional behavior that I found so irksome and frustrating that I decided to take my business elsewhere. I got my diffuser in the mail yesterday. It works fine and I got the 24K magic scent to go with it. I don't really care for the scent of it as I thought it would have a stronger Lilly scent. My issues are it's only compatible with their scents. I didn't read that anywhere before purchasing this unit. I find it inconvenient to only be able to buy their scents because theirs are expensive ($45 each) and they don't carry the ones I enjoy the most. If I knew that ahead of time I would of went with a different brand. Secondly it doesn't seem to work without the remote. So hopefully the remote doesn't get lost, damaged, or the battery gives out. read more

My friends and I spent over $400 In products of the hotel collection. I opened the diffuser and candle left them in the living room of my apt. and there was no scent. Transferred to small bathroom- no scent. I emailed customer service same day and they do not accept returns. Do not believe what you see on the Instagram ad's- the scents are amazing but their is not enough oil to make your room smell. The lady also mentioned they had been receiving several complaints about this. Bath and body works still takes the cake for candles at a fraction of the price. read more

Company seems legit, until you have a problem with your machine that I guarantee will break after 1 year of use (whether it's a Mini or a Davinci). My boyfriend purchased a MIni360 and gave it to me for my birthday on 9/2020. After using it for 3 month the directions say to clean it with rubbing alcohol so I did. After cleaning it the Mini360 started making a grinding noise and then stopped working all together. I called customer service spoke to Jonathon he went around in circles. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he transferred me to Olivia. She said the warranty is only good for 3 months. I said to Olivia this product was not cheap and I need it replaced. she then said I had to options I could send it in pay 100.00 to repair it or purchase a new one for 150.00. I laughed and said I am very disappointed instead of correcting the problem and making me a happy customer she wants to sell me a new unit that only has a warranty for 3 months. Guys be warned dont bother spending money on these cheaply made low quality products that break easily and when you contact the company to report the issue all they want to is make another sale. So let me start by saying that I purchased a small diffuser for $200 I was very happy with product and smell. I do staging and decorating and I ordered a larger one for my client, well a few days later I get a call talking me into a larger one for my client a $1000 machine for free but with a 3 month's subscription. We went ahead with the order. I got the machine for the client with 5 free samples and then told to sign into portal to pick the scent I wanted every month well I never once received the scent as I was having a hard time logging into portal. I have tried and tried to call sending numerous emails to no avail. They say they will call back and when I did finally get someone they were like your past the 14 day cancellation we'll guess what how was i supposed to know I would never get the monthly subscription. I could go on and on it is by far the worst experience I've ever had with a company. The people ( customer services reps all 3 I was dealing with no longer work there) it's been an absolute nightmare. I will say this though I finally after 6 months talked with Gennye and she was very very helpful and followed through on sending me a shipping label to return the machine. I'm still being hassled by billing company but between Gennye and Sparkle ( customer service rep) I believe they are fixing the issue I can only hope!! I literally almost started crying when Gennye answered the phone because didn't trust anyone but her. I wanted to commend her on her doing her job and she put me in touch with her boss Sparkle and she to was excellent at her job. The sun smell good I'll give her that but the machines are pieces of shit not only that but then you get trapped into this monthly service plan that you cannot get out of. I have been trying to cancel it for at least six months now I try to contact aroma, three sixes customer service to give them my new address, but that doesn't matter because they keep sending it to my old address no matter how many times I've contacted them. I asked them to stop charging my account because I am no longer interested in a subscription, considering that all their machines are refurbished and never work properly from the start, don't waste your money. Well, I finally took the Scent Plunge. I first fell in love with these scents after staying at an Omni hotel years ago. Then again at a W Hotel. I asked everyone under the sun how do these hotels have the most amazing aroma and no one could ever point me in this direction. After visiting a great friend of mine in Cali this year, I walked into his home to my amazement it smelled just like The W Hotel! Needless to say, I was hooked. I sent them an email and it took a few tries to get it all worked out but I did opt for the $599 unit and the monthly service with a 2-week free trial. It was fairly easy to set up, however, having to set two times outside of the factor setting was a bit of a challenge so I decided to stay with the default settings. My samples came within 2-3 days of ordering and the same for my unit. While I agree with many of the comments, the price for the oils, in my opinion, is very high, it does reach throughout the entire home/loft and I considering what I pay for candles air fresheners, plugin, etc. It's about the same if it really lasts a month. Now, I have a call in because the bottle it came with was less than 1/3 of the metal canister you are supposed to pour it in, so I am hoping this was a tester size because there is no way this would last a month and would cause me to send the unit back if that's all you get for $50. I decided to try an app and found one on line. after installation I could not get the app to work. It would not locate my device. I have been searching for a way to scent my house like the W and finally found Aroma360. I sent a request through their website in the middle of the night and woke up to a very friendly email from Rachel and a call to follow...WOW what service Rachel has provided. The detailed time she has spent with me before purchasing was beyond words. I never felt pressured to purchase, because she wanted to make sure I was getting what I needed. Of course, like most modern-day internet shoppers I took to the reviews. While, I saw a few negative reviews with the 30-day money back guarantee I decided to give it a try. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this product. I live in a 4-story house and scenting all floors at the same rate has been difficult, but not because Rachel or the product. It's just the way the air flows through the house. I have NO plans on ever getting rid of this machine. If you're unsure - I HIGHLY recommend you do it. Do not purchase anything from Aroma360 If you manage to get through - the minimum 45 minute hold time - their customer service is non existent. I have been trying to return the Van Gogh for over a month. When Kat (apparently, the *only* person who can help me return the item) eventually called my back, she did not leave a call back number and the number she called from was unavailable. When I spoke to the customer service rep named Kelly, she assured me she would "write my info on a sticky note to make sure my issue was handled". I never heard back from Kelly or Kat. I called - again - and the representative said Kat was on the phone and assured me (again) that she will call back when she gets off the phone. It's been over 24 hours and still no call back. I've sent 3 emails to customer service without a response. On Sunday, $129.20 was deducted from my account for the monthly withdrawal - again, I was assured this would not happen because my account has been canceled. My next step is contacting the Better Business Bureau because this company is a sham. read more

Great Fragrances, but a couple things you need to know about the 360 mini unit. I bought 3 of these and spread them out on the first floor of my home. I experimented with the settings to get just the right density and concentration levels. I was happy that when I turned the unit on and off by the remote that the same settings applied. I mistakenly assumed that I could go one step further and add a timer on the outlet to have the unit turn on and off at specified times on weekdays and weekends. CAUTION! This does not work! turning it off on the outlet treats it as a power failure and the default settings on the mini are 3 minutes on and 10 seconds off! This was an expensive lesson learned for me. Had I discovered that timers wouldn't work, I may have returned the units. read more

This place has exceptional and amazing customer service. I have called needing assistance with operating a vango machine we had purchased. Spoken to Steph Bustilo she was more than willing to help. She took the time out to explain in detail the steps and required assistance needed to get my machine back running. Not only did she go over and beyond but she offered FaceTime to be able to look at the the machine while helping it get back up and running. She then followed back up with a call Just to check in to see how everything was going. However that is not the reason I decided to write a review: This company's customer service is beyond ANYTHING I've ever encountered. Beyond selling their product, they should offer "how to treat your customer" training to other companies because to say they go above and beyond is an understatement! I ordered this product with Rachel on a Monday to which I explained to her that I was having my HVAC system replaced on Thursday-Friday and was hoping to get this product in time for the contractors to install it for me. They are based in Florida where I am in California and the product must be shipped by ground...RACHEL MADE SURE THIS PRODUCT WAS AT MY HOUSE BY THURSDAY!!!!! Not only that, I called her while I was with the HVAC guys and she explained to them how to install it and even sent a video for them to watch. On the day they installed my unit, I called again to make sure we were correctly installing it and the representative FaceTimed me to explain each piece and speak to the contractors to explain again. I am blown away by this company! Although I have been going on about the customer service - which is INCREDIBLE (for lack of a better word) but the product itself is wonderful!
