Always make sure to give professionals their discount and are super knowledgeable about all the products. ONE negative I have is this: I am in the skincare business not hair. I purchased the color tube as well as the developer or whatever it's called to mix the two together and apply to the hair. I followed it exactly how the directions called for and I was given the wrong product or something. I ended up using the whole tube of color and the bottle of developer I just gave up on and sadly had to use box color. I tried going up there and explaining to the associate what was happening, but she was no help at all whatsoever. I still have not received anyone in contact with me as I left my information stating I needed someone to call me back to request either a refund or to get me set up with the correct product mixture that I needed. I hope it doesn't happen frequently. Now I am still dealing with grown out roots and refuse to purchase it again scared as to what went down last. Usually the employees here are super rude and just ignore you. I hate shopping at this Sally's location for this reason. BUT TODAY was a gentleman named JOSEPH. This is a Sally's location where you will be ignored and treated rudely merely for being born not of a certain culture. Seriously, I'm a Hispanic guy with the an Anglo American partner who loves cosmetology. Well, she went in there looking for some beauty supplies and was brushed off and ignored with the cliché eye rolling attitude you come to expect more and more from us angry young minorities. I now have to go in to make purchases while she waits in the car because she was so horrified by her experience. They treat me great and are very courteous, so in conclusion you should stay away if you are not of Hispanic heritage. read more

I kind of know what Michael means just because everyone is always speaking in Spanish in there. To me (an "Anglo") they were friendly but less expansive than they were to other Spanish speaking customers. As a result, the product advice I got was inadequate: what they told me was true enough, but what they left out was even more important and it was left out at my expense. read more

The store is well organized the products are good quality , prices are reasonable however the employees are rude and I felt ignored and Steven / Steve or whatever his name is needs a new face and job he rolls his eyes when you ask him questions making you feel like you are Bothering him I was afraid to even ask him anything because every time I would he wouldn't even have an answer.I asked him what the difference between a shampoo for color treated hair that was 12$ would be in comparison to normal shampoo and his answer was "one is for colored hair" like I know that mister I'm asking you for more information to make a decision on buying a pricey shampoo ! I've always had very positive experiences in this Sallys... the only complaint (if it is even a complaint) is they have so much stock that I spend ages looking through everything. But the customer service has been friendly, professional, and very kind. I bought a Conair Professional Ceramic Tools hair dryer for $35.00. It failed after 65 days. I brought it back with my original receipt and was told that the store has a strict policy of no returns or exchanges after 60 days. To make things worse, I was told, "You should have bought the warranty". In my experience, if you buy the overpriced warranty there are always reasons why the warranty doesn't apply. This is a sleazy business that is more interested in making a quick profit selling inferior products than in having satisfied customers. Needless to say, I won't be back. read more
