After they discharged him they recommended him to Bayshire Rancho Mirage where he wasn't even at for 6 hours before he got up with out any assistance to use the restroom and fell leaving him with a huge hematoma on his head. He was then transferred to DRMC after I demanded them to call the paramedics because they left him to lay there for 12 hours before I was able to get back in town and see what was going on. He was at DRMC a month included when he was discharged to their skilled nursing facility. Everything happened so fast I wasn't even prepared for what I was supposed to do next. That's when I found Campbell's Loving Home Care. Lalaine Campbell was a life savior if it wasn't for her I don't know what I would have done. The 1st phone call I made to her she went down to DRMC within a few hours to meet my papa. Unfortunately he was only able to be at her facility for less than 2 months before he passed away on 3/22/2025. I wish I would have found her sooner. She always kept me update on his status whether if it was by a phone call or text. She never once gave him any kind of medications or made any decisions without getting my approval first. Her home is very, very clean and well kept. Staff was always friendly and my papa LOVED Lalaine's cooking. When it came to his meals he either loved it or "it wasn't worth a sh*t" and he loved hers! She always made sure he was shaved and his hair cut. My papa was a very outspoken Armenian. There was never any serious complaints out of him while he was there, if there would have been he was never shy to say it! In the short time my papa was there Lalaine was always present in her facility she didn't just leave it up to her caretakers to handle everything. The evening my papa passed away she stayed there with me the entire time until the hospice nurse had to take over and do his part. I would highly recommend her facility to anyone who wants to be assured that their loved one is safe and well taken care of. Thank you again Lalaine

I recently needed to transition my 91 year old mother from her own home to assisted living. They helped me get really nice rental furniture quickly from a trusted vendor and made the move in process seamless. The building facilities are top notch and beautifully decorated.
