Don't call them for rat control. Their technician Dominque didn't seem to have any more expertise on the subject than we could get from Google. All he advised was to set traps, and he would follow up, which he didn't. We later contacted Arrest. Their technician Hugo used an infra ray camera to locate the rat's nest and advised us on next steps, which worked! And he followed up! Ding dong, the rat is dead no thanks to Mr. Beez. read more

I am so impressed with the service I received from my technician, Luis. Over 4 visits he has been on time, excellent at communication, has deep expertise, and over delivered. A year ago we hired a different pest company who completely overcharged. Luis came by and noted the last company didn't complete some of the work on the roof. Because of the last company's failure, we had pests again in the attic. So we started over and did it right with this company: We had trouble finding the last compromised area. He found one of our sewer pipe wasn't properly piped through the roof. He knows his stuff. Look, these guys are more than fairly priced. We had another bid that was cheaper but without warranty.
