We were extremely pleased with his efforts to refer 2 quality caregivers. Anna, and Jean were wonderful and were kind and provided the all of the emotional and physical support my mom needed. We love the caregivers and know that if one of them needs time off Tim can get us a quality caregiver to fill in for our regular caregivers. Everyone I have meet has been professional and generous with their time. I feel like my Mom is well taken care of and when I visit her every part of the house is tidy and well kept. My mom's spirits are also up as she feels like she has the support she needs and we can visit without inconveniencing her. She loves to get out, and now has a constant companion to take to the store or doctor's office when 'she' is ready to go. We have loved all of the caregivers, even the caregiver mom did like was kind and professional though their personalities were not compatible. It was nice that we get to choose, and even a good caregiver if not right with companionship we were able to find the perfect fit. I would like to thank Anna, Jean, Irma, and Tim for providing consistent care and always being ready to go the extra mile. You can tell they all take their jobs seriously and really care about the residents, I never worried about leaving my mom here, I knew she was in good hands. I requested she make the in-home assessment herself and call me on video during the meeting with mom. A caregiver was in the home within a few days and a manger was there to make the introduction. Living out of state I can appreciate their family portal. I'm able to keep track of clock ins/outs and add to the to-do list that alerts our caregiver on an app. I noted for our primary caregiver, Lana to post a photo of mom and it was added in the portal within minutes. We were introduced to Lana who my mother adores and we also get a dedicated team of people who want to make aging a pleasant experience. My father said "after visiting and responding to dozens of care facilities, as a professional firefighter, I would rate this one at the top". They have visiting hours every day, they provide food for their residents, help them bathe, get them dressed. Our loved ones could have their own room or share a room with another resident. They have the living room area where our loved ones can socialize. They had a lady over 100 years old in their care and she seemed very happy. All of the residents are friendly to the visitors that come. When my grandma was nearing the end of her life, her caregiver Matthew was so gentle and kind. He notified us every moment regarding her status and let us know that it was time to visit. If he didn't take the extra step, I may not have been able to say goodbye. She passed peacefully in their care. The actual facility is a house on a quiet little street. It's quaint and the residents in this home get to know each other and become friends.
