After making two separate efforts to clarify why Precision's price quote was so high and why the Lowest Price Guarantee wasn't being honored, I went with another company. And, I'm really happy that I did. The company that earned my business, was not only comparable, but, in my opinion even superior. Muhammad's response appears to indicate that the companies that gave me price quotes were somehow inferior. Precision has been in business 18 years, and the company I went with has been in business longer. Precision's price quote was much higher than the competition and was for a Cadillac or Volvo sedan, not the beautiful new black SUV that picked up my girlfriend. Lastly, the professional chauffer that was our driver, was impeccably dressed in a black suit and tie. Our driver had over 30 years experience as a licensed, professional chauffer. This gentleman even showed up 25 minutes early! What an incredible experience! Muhammad, I truly appreciate your response and your generous offer. The purpose of this updated review was to clarify that the company that we went with, was not inferior in any way. For some reason, you referenced Uber or a taxi service in your response. The company we ONLY got a quote from had all our info...which is how they knew where and when to be at JFK. Long story short...paid that driver...paid the driver we DID have a reservation with (since he was there too)...called this shady company and Jason was not empathetic and basically said it wasn't his problem...all their drivers are subcontracted (basically Uber-esque) and we would have to take it up with the individual driver. She called the company and they said they would look into it and they never called her back. You would think if they knew the driver wasn't going to show up they would send a different driver. She ended up having to get a cab from the airport to make it home. Completely unprofessional.
