After making two separate efforts to clarify why Precision's price quote was so high and why the Lowest Price Guarantee wasn't being honored, I went with another company. And, I'm really happy that I did. The company that earned my business, was not only comparable, but, in my opinion even superior. Muhammad's response appears to indicate that the companies that gave me price quotes were somehow inferior. Precision has been in business 18 years, and the company I went with has been in business longer. Precision's price quote was much higher than the competition and was for a Cadillac or Volvo sedan, not the beautiful new black SUV that picked up my girlfriend. Lastly, the professional chauffer that was our driver, was impeccably dressed in a black suit and tie. Our driver had over 30 years experience as a licensed, professional chauffer. This gentleman even showed up 25 minutes early! What an incredible experience! Muhammad, I truly appreciate your response and your generous offer. The purpose of this updated review was to clarify that the company that we went with, was not inferior in any way. For some reason, you referenced Uber or a taxi service in your response. It wasn't the driver we expected, so we asked where that driver was and were told...he was off that day....we proceed on our drive home...only to have our scheduled driver call and ask where we were...but we are now in the car of the company we only received a quote from. The company we ONLY got a quote from had all our info...which is how they knew where and when to be at JFK. Long story short...paid that driver...paid the driver we DID have a reservation with (since he was there too)...called this shady company and Jason was not empathetic and basically said it wasn't his problem...all their drivers are subcontracted (basically Uber-esque) and we would have to take it up with the individual driver. My two cents...you are better off with ANY other company...even Lyft/Uber. Do NOT use this company...Shady AF!

I find their rates to be fair and they've always been prompt and professional. I especially like to use them when I want a scheduled ride for the airport or an appointment. If you are someone going between ferries/airports/trains, I highly recommend them. I use the ferries a lot at times, and I have found Uber is often not very timely; sometimes you might have to wait 20 minutes for Uber pick up at the ferry locations (I think it's because those spots are a little out of the way) which is a problem if you need to get somewhere promptly. Yes, many of the ferries provide a shuttle for minimum fee to the closest train station, but if you need to get to other stations/airports I recommend RK Car Service. If you need a pick up at a ferry and you need to be at an airport or train at a specific time, this is your service, schedule them and have peace of mind.
