I entered my starting address (airport) and ending destination + preferred car type. I was quoted $371.44 and agreed to pay this amount for my ride. I provided credit card / billing info. I then received an automatic confirmation email for the quoted amount/invoice. The next morning I got an email from Crystal Limos that the rate was changed to $829.63 (more than 2.2x the quoted amount) without explanation. I asked that a custom service agent contact me to resolve this matter because based on the quote/promise of service, I had booked a flight. The flight has a 150 GBP change fee. Had I know the car service would be $800 vs $400 I would have booked a different flight. The agent who called refused to listen to me, repeatedly cut me off and told me to "try Uber for that price." The agent also insisted that they had never delivered anything to me with the price of $371.44 and had no obligation to me whatsoever. The agent I spoke with told me that they always have to adjust the online quotes and seemed to suggest that this is a normal part of business. It is not normal to double their bill overnight. If Crystal Limos cannot manage an online quote system that is reliable/accurate then they should not continue to operate one. I told them as much and they said they would note change their online quote site. I would not trust Crystal Limousine if you have a choice.

On the morning of my sister's wedding, Crystal Limousine called and indicated that they were going to "upgrade" to a hideous white stretch-hummer. We were very clear that this was completely unacceptable to us and Crystal Limousine was extraordinarily rude and unaccommodating. Their representative went as far as shouting at my father on the phone, after halfheartedly offering a lame excuse of mechanical problems in the original vehicle. We were forced to reluctantly accept the hummer, even though my sister was devastated on her wedding day and my father was brokenhearted to see his daughter so embarrassed. Needless to say, our family will never deal with this company again.

The products are no longer as consistent as they used to be, and I've noticed a significant drop in quality compared to what they offered in the past. But if its a hot or muggy day, the photos of smiling passengers will not be indicative of your red/blue line experience. These buses have no A/C, and if you want to sit al-fresco and its a sunny day, you'll be just as sweaty. Think: "summertime Alabama prison bus experience" and this will meet that expectation.

When we finished we went to the stop, not such great bus timing. Their brochure said buses come every 15 minutes. After an hour of waiting we tried to contact BB to see what was going on? They do not have a phone number that works. There is an email address that stars it will get back to you in 24 hours.., what? We waiting over an hour and gave up for an uber. We did get another email telling us there are delays due to events. This is not okay we when have paid for a 24 hour pass that is not usable. All in all, our 24 hour pass was good for 3 hours. Reason for this? Maybe because only two buses run on Sunday. So unless you have the time to wait two hours for your next bus, it's not worth it! Do not use this service!

The quality and detail involved in the instruction here is superb - you feel like you're being given all of the information you need, from the basics to more complex properties of the helicopters. There was no point where I felt like the information was overwhelming or over-simplified: it seemed like the right mix of education and beginner's instruction. As for the flight, it's a blast! While I was far from talented at piloting the helicopter, I was given quite a lot of control over time, and I felt increasingly comfortable as time went on. I felt safe and monitored the entire time - even when a lot of wind blew the helicopter around, the instructor was available to make things right quickly and effortlessly. Needless to say, if you have the time and the money, give this place a shot!

He was very personable and knowledgeable. He pointed out various landmarks and places that we would be interested in seeing. He took the time to explain everything and throughly check the vehicle, it made us feel very safe and comfortable. Seth answered all questions, and even cracked a few jokes. I would definitely recommend them for celebrating a special occasion or just a romantic date. Make sure to ask for Seth by name you won't be disappointed!
